The entire team of Apollonia were kind, professional, and informative of our family's dental care and needs. During my daughter's procedure, the dentist was gentle and highly attuned to her comfort level. She was very patient and addressing our concerns and gave clear information on both diagnosis and a course of treatment. Dr. Kristen Forster showed a balance of genuine compassion and expertise. Highly recommend this dental team.

My folks really liked the service so thought I'd give them a go. Yes the prices are up there But I understand the cost of all of it. The dentist was amazing and when she sings she shouldn't hold back on hitting this high notes.
The assistants really help me through my emotions and anxiety. I ugly cried the whole time and they held my hands and cleaned up my runny mascara.

I must say I am so happy with this office. I am 38 weeks pregnant and I have been taking Tylenol for bad teeth for a while now. The dentist took the tooth out and a matter of minutes and she said a prayer for me. I knew I was in good hands. The hygienist was very knowledgeable and walked me through step by step. I am so happy that tooth is gone!!!

The dentist was so sweet, her and her assistant made me feel so comfortable. She sang to me ( mind you im 30 yrs old). They were so sweet highly recommend!!! No pain felt whatsoever during my tooth extraction!!

I personally worked with Dr. Kristen for many years as a dental hygienist and dental assistant...in fact she was the inspiration why I went to dental school!!! She was always good to me and I have personally seen her work and it is impeccable!

I called to cancel an appointment for husband because he was still out of town and the receptionist continually spoke over me and continued to be rude,than actually asked if I wanted to reschedule! Nope! Poor customer service! They are overpriced! Husband doesn't fell like they do a good job either. Our last dentist in MT did a superior job compared to this place! Never charged fees for having to cancel or reschedule . Just a joke.

Called to make my children appointments and I was told that if your child has Medicaid that you can't make am appointment and just have to wait for them to call you and you would need to come right away. My children don't have medicaid , but I found the to be crazy. I have private insurance, however I chose not to make an appointment because they just seemed like a difficult practice to work with.

My husband went in for the first time there- he had to pay for the services he was going to get up front (we have insurance)... they scheduled him a follow up appointment to fix 3 cavities- but when he came in for the appointment they started the work then ended early because they had wanted to fit someone else in. he had to take two days off of work to get 3 cavities done. Terrible service. He said the receptionist was super rude and he inquired about his bill (they charged him an extra 300$ after he paid everything else up front-this being after they figured what insurance would cover), they said it was because our insurance doesn’t cover the type of materials they use?? What the? Isn’t that what the do when they calculate insurance and give a price quote? So we ended up paying more for his visits (not including the time he took off work) than if we went to a competitors and paid cash. Terrible! Please don’t even ask why we went with them.,. I’m unsure if the reason.

Most awful expirience ever. Had a toothache made an appointment for a week away gave deposit they cancel an hour before. Not dependable at all.
