I love this place the office lady goes above and beyond at taking care of everyone that comes through the door, even when it’s super busy, today she went above and beyond more than she normally does because she wasn’t as busy today and it really made this company shine I’m always in and out quickly on top of that and never have to wait good job!!!! Office lady deserves a raise

I was making a cross-country trip and my engine started misfiring. Every other place in town was booked up all week but I stopped here and Doug took care of everything quickly so I could be on my way. He showed me what was wrong with the spark plug, replaced it quickly, and didn’t overcharge. Thanks Doug!

Always give me fast friendly service, always made me aware when they have found a problem with my vehicle and if possible for them to fix it they have. I will continue to go here even if it's a LITTLE more expensive than some of the other places due to the service I receive.

The people are amazing and always get me in right away and do a great job! Highly recommend!

The last time I got an oil change here they forgot to put in new oil so I decided to go somewhere else. This time I went here (because Charbonneau's was too busy) & they got the job done right in 15-20 minutes. It might be $55 for an oil change, but if you don't want to make an appt. somewhere else and wait for a long time then I would recommend this place!

Went in for tire leak. Got me right in and back on the road!

This is a weird place. It's kind of worth checking out just to experience how weird it is. You might be waiting an hour or more before they finish changing the oil in your car, though.

The trophies on the wall celebrating victory in a written troubleshooting contest from 1987 are a nice touch.

This was one of the most awkward experiences Ive ever had getting my oil changed. The oil change itself cost me $130 with air filter. I went there because it was quick and there was no line. I found out about 30sec into walking in the place why. The lady behind the counter was very OFF. It seemed to me that she was either on some kind of drug or had been drinking. I could barley understand what she was trying to tell me and her movements were very abnormal. The place was a complete mess and had stuff all over the place. Yes they were quick and got me in and out but then again I was the only one there and for good reason.

The lady told me, or should i say mumbled, that it was a full service. Clean my windows, fill fluids, vacuum my car out, blah blah blah. They may have charged for a full service but I had my doubts. Once I left that place I pulled into the lot down the road and just made sure they even did an oil change. They did do that and it did look new but they never filled my fluids or any of they other stuff like they said they would and had checked off my receipt.

Would I recommend this place? Yeah.... If your looking to buy drugs but other then that? Not a chance.

Unfortunately a disappointing visit. I was the only person there and I called ahead to get an oil change, see about lines, etc. I was told on the phone that it would be just under $9/ quart. My small car only needs 5qts max and I believe I was put 4.5qts in. I did the math and it was around $45 (from what I was told on the phone). I was told when I was waiting that some coolant was low as well so I asked them to go ahead and fill it as well, so I'm thinking that it would maybe go up to $55 total. I got my ticket and it was $109 and I'm still wondering how it got that high. Now, I'm not here trying to bash them or write an angry review, I'm just simply confused on how a full synthetic oil change was so bloody high. Even maybe $70 or $80 I maybe would've been alright but dang. I'm looking at my receipt and it says $54 for the synthetic blend, which sounds correct and $9 off from my initial thought but the antifreeze was $6 and the Pennzoil Oil Filter was $12.95 (which I'll get to both in a sec), then I look at the top and it says:

"Complete Lube, Oil and Filter Service. Note: Includes: Change Oil and Filter. Lube all fittings on steering linkage, ball joints & drive shaft(s). Check and correct ALL FLUID LEVELS to include take fluid, power steering fluid, coolant, battery condition, automatic transmission fluid. Check tire pressure. Install "Next Service Due" sticker." - $31

How is the antifreeze $6 and the filter $12.95 if it's a fluid and filter and they're both included in the service that's $31? It's like I payed for the inclusion and separation which makes no sense honestly. I could've went to Walmart and got the service for 54.88 but it was a 3hr wait and I get it, it's Walmart but a $50+ difference is the highest I've seen out of the lube places I've been across the country.....and I've been to ALOT of them. Again, not trying to smash the company or be an a**hole, just a different experience was all😕.

I had used this shop for the last few oil changes. Went to do a few things and found that they had not put all of the bolts back in the skid plate that must be taken off to access the filter.
Of the 8 bolts needed they only bothered to replace 2. ( it takes about 30 seconded to remove or replace them)
I orders the bolt kit and replaced them.

They are the only ones that were under there for the last few oil changes so it could only have been them.

Find anywhere else to go.it’s not worth them screwing your vehicle up and paying them to do it!!

I am from Alabama so i just Googled a oil change place and this came up. When i pulled up there were no lines, but the place looked disheveled. I chose to stay. The person got my Jeep into the bay, and i went in the office to check in. The office was a rats nest, like clearly disorganized. The lady took my info and asked if i wanted synthetic oil, i looked at the board and it was 8 more dollars and totaled 62 dollars. When i checked out and she said it was 109 dollars. I asked why and she said because i got synthetic. I said the price board says 62, and she said that was just partial synthetic??? Huh?? She said full synthetic was 84, but how did i get to 109?? Oh, there is labor cost on top of that! Is this a North Dakota thing? Based on the other reviews i think that this place is just a rip off. You know when you get that feeling that you are not dealing with professionals, it was easy to see that this place had little training and did not care about the work environment. Seriously, you must avoid this place. Read the other reviews that are saying similar things.

While visiting in Dickinson had my oil changed. Not only was it $30.00 more than my normal oil change at home they forgot to bolt the excess oil pan back under the car. So driving home it was dragging and I had to order a new one. Called the business and was assured the owner would call me. I've heard nothing after two weeks.
