My Place Hotel-Bismarck, ND

I have never stayed at this chain before. It was more affordable than a lot of the options in Bismarck, so I wasn't really sure what to expect. It was fantastic though. The room was nice and everything was clean and comfortable. My room came with a kitchenette so I think it would be great for longer stays. There's no beautiful lounge and I think it said they don't do housekeeping during your stay, but other than that, it was just as nice as a lot of more expensive places I've stayed. I partially chose it because it's dog-friendly. The pet fee was cheaper than a lot of places too. I think it was $16 for one dog.

Exceptional service provided by Justin. He went above and beyond to ensure that my room was comfortable, resetting the microwave, and even assisting with my luggage.
All of my interaction with other staff members positive and helpful. Great room with full size fridge , 40" TV, and comfortable mattress. Thanks to all!

Was greeted promptly at the front desk by David. He was very friendly and personable. Handled questions and concerns immediately and with a smile. ( There was no concerns) Because of David we will be staying at My Place hotels when possible on our trips. Thank you for making the last night of our trip the the most comfortable.

I usually stay at Marriott’s while traveling for work, I’m a titanium elite member with them. I’ve tried both Fairfield’s in town and they were not up to par. I was surprised to find the My Place (which had never heard of before) was a small amount cheaper and far superior in cleanliness. I’ll be staying here again when work brings me back.

This was one of the best hotels I stayed in during my vacation in the United States and for the tight budget I had! I strongly recommend anyone who visits the USA to consider booking a room at this fine hotel!

Davis the General Manager, has a good staff. You feel the hospitality when you check in.

Quiet location despite there exists a trailer park behind the hotel. Oh well, didn't hear any troublesome stuff happening. So it was a fairly decent sleep.

Stop over on a long road trip. The place was very new, even the asphalt was still dark. The place was very modern and clean.

My room was large, the beds were comfy and the washroom was bright. This place oozed a nice comforting feeling and I had a good nights rest not having to worry about bed bugs.

Highly recommend. The staff were friendly as well.

Went on a weekend vacation. I love my stay at My Place. My room was super big, very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and washers and dryers are excellent to wash and reasonable price. Checking in and out went by smoothly with no problem. Staff was great especially Roxanne. Shes the best. My Place can definitely count on my next stay, the next time I visit Bismarck.

The General manager, Michael, was awesome from the time we checked in till the time we checked out. Kayla needs a pay raise. The wheelchair assistance room and roll in shower was great. Thanks for the great visit home away from home.

I was helping a sick friend and they went above and beyond to help us. Thank you My Place! If you are in Bismarck and need a room they have very nice and clean rooms w 2 beds and a kitchenette! They even provide the dish soap! Great staff and the regional manager, Moe, was excellent to work with in a time of very high stress!!! Can't say enough good things!

Absolutely Love this Great Hotel, Large Rooms Full Kitchenette, microwave, Large Refrigerator with Full Freezer & ice maker in freezer Very Clean Rooms Fabulous & Friendly Staff Way Better Than The Holiday INN, Sleep inn, Comfort inn way better, pet friendly. Bonus full convenience store with Full order to go Deli just next door. Easy on Easy off the I-94 EXIT 161 north side. You and your family will Absolutely love staying here.

Hotel was nice and clean... Didn't have a res but they got us right in for two rooms.. Charlene at the front desk is absolutely amazing!! Staff was very friendly and accommodating!! Room had a limited kitchen but nothing to cook or eat with, other than that had a pleasant time

Lukas and the entire staff have a first rate property. I stay at MyPlace hotels often, and they are always great. Clean and comfortable is all I want, and that is what I get.

On a road trip and this was not only the nicest but also the cheapest hotel on my trip. It was very clean. Lots of amenities. Pet friendly. And the staff were very nice. I get the feeling this new brand of extended stay type hotel is really hoping for good customer feedback and if I travel again I will try to stay at a My Place every time. Thanks for the great service and comfort.

You can't beat it for the price. Extremely clean and comfortable. Everytime I need a hotel I try and find a My Place Hotel. Keep up the good work. I will say a Continental breakfast would be nice, but it certainly isn't a deal breaker.

Loved this place. The room was very nice. It was clean and big, and it had plenty of room for what we needed. The bed was really comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised at how well-kept everything is. Highly reccomend!
