WONDERFUL PEOPLE!! Everyone is so helpful and polite. I see Maryann Gold and she is a Rare Treasure. She takes her time and listens to you. Unlike most other Doctors who rush in the room and rush out. Shes very friendly and easy to talk to. The Nurses and Staff…I can’t say enough about how Great they are. I have been fighting LongCovid for over a year. They have gone out of their way to see to my needs in every way possible. I can send them a message thru the Sanford My Chart and they will respond most of the time the same day. I do understand they are busy. They call me and check on my well-being. If your looking for a caring Doctor and Staff, I recommend Sanford East Clinic..

Had a good experience here with Dr. Cory. No complaints at all was treated with respect and everyone was very caring during the time I was there.

Never had a good experience here. Staff acts like their just going through the motions, zero passion for their work. I felt like beef cattle being rolled through the gates for my dollar and nothing else.

I will never go to this place again, Dickinson has some real problems with medical staff everywhere. We've yet to have a pleasant experience anywhere in the complex.

To the staff, nurses and Doctors: if you have no personality, treat your work in a facility that's supposed to care for people not judge them and think you're better..... to all of you who are horrible in the people field, please get another job

We want to feel like the people helping us actually care and are sympathetic, we don't wish to be looked at like we're in your way or a problem. Don't forget who keeps this yucky institution afloat BESIDES DONATIONS. Keep on driving if you need any trauma or semi-serious medical help, skip the clown show.

I really like Maryann Gold, I think she is great. The people in the office though, not so much. My husband has been trying to get a sleep apnea machine for FIVE MONTHS now and the office keeps saying they send things to the next place and haven't, I'm talking at least 8-10 times having this specific issue, where the next place has no information sent over to them. I have had to call and recall and call even more to have them do their job so we can start getting this fixed... it's inconvenient, annoying, and unprofessional.

Sent my bills to collections instead of to me and now won’t work with me on it. I only received mail from my insurance that it went through so I know what I had to pay and it was supposed to be arriving. But never showed up
