La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dickinson

We travel from Montana to North dakota alot and this is out first time staying in Dickinson... we bought a pick up in montana and the next morning as we went to leave the truck wouldn't start...i asked a guy in the lobby if he had a truck we could get a jump and he was super rude and said no and i gotta go...he got in a truck and left...2 other guys over heard us and they looked at us and did nothing to help but the girl at the front desk was super awesome she called her husband to come and help, he did with no problem....makes me proud of him and his wife for so much help and it was bitterly cold..we thought it needed a jump start later found out our starter needed replaced... we had to go back and stay another night until truck got the starter and the girl at the front desk was super accommodating....when we were there in the morning trying to get going a woman in an office in the lobby said after I apologized for taking up time and their parking lot said I am not worried about you in our parking lot I am worried about your health...they even offered my bf coffee and whatever else in order to get him warm....I am so thankful for this group of people and their awesome demeanor and up beat attitudes when we were not having the greatest luck... I will always use this motel for future stays and will recommend to whomever I can...I am posting every where because I want everyone to know this group of people were so willing to help in so many ways...i will never forget the staff here and 5 stars isn't nearly enough

Positive experience! Enough that 2 weeks later when I need a hotel, thos was the first place I called. I especially loved that the lady at the front desk called me "Baby girl"; I come back here every time specifically to hear that.

Stayed here twice while driving between MT and IL with my cat. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is decent standard fare, they had a free guest appreciation pizza dinner going one of the nights I was there. They are truly pet friendly to both dogs and cats. The rooms are nice and clean. Some of the grout/caulking in and around the shower/tub could use some touching up though I have seen worse elsewhere. I don't usually overnight in Dickinson but bad weather forced me to stop early and I'm glad I stayed here, I even decided to drive an extra couple of hours to stay here again on my way back.

Sequoia is AMAZING 👏 🤩 The other staff is as well, but she has a piece of my heart now. Will stay there any time I'm in town!!

We needed an emergency room and they were so great to work with, very kind and very understanding. Every employee we encountered during our stay was outstanding! I highly recommend this hotel!!

Very quite rooms. Clean rooms and lobby. Restaurant in the parking lot convenience store next door. They bring in pizza Monday and Wednesday from 5 to 7 for free. Maids and front desk are very helpful. And the management is amazing. Breakfast is really good also.

Very friendly front desk employees. Very clean. Everything well kept up. Pool was wonderfully warm & the room had added heat as well so that you don't get out of a chilly indoor pool & into even colder air. It was very relaxing. I didn't havevto take a hot shower to stop the chills like I had to earlier this summer at 2 different hotels. Very comfortable beds & pillows. Loved having a mini fridge & a microwave.

Very pleasant staff! We brought our two dogs and did notice that some pet owners did not pick up after their dogs. People need to be more considerate of others. The hotel provides doggy bags, so, people, take care of your pet's messes,please.

We were there during Winter storm Elliot. The Staff, Julie, David, Mona, Shannon, Lisa, Sequoia, were amazing. They treated us and many stranded travelers like family. So accommodating with changing reservation dates. Making sure we all had everything we needed, and so very Nice!! Thanks to Julie and her crew for making it feel like home during a difficult time. ❤

Clean, comfortable, quiet and right off the interstate. Nice place to stay.

I realized after I had checked out and was many miles down the road that I had left my wallet in my room. I called the front desk and talked to Ramona who was as concerned as I was and sent the housekeeping staff to look for my wallet. They found it! Romano called me back with the good news and mailed it to my destination. I am very grateful that the staff was concerned, and got the wallet back to me safe and sound. I could have had a very frustrating trip but because of the great service, disaster was averted. The night before we got instant help with the TV as well by the front desk staff person. Great place to stay.

This was an absolute wonderful stay, the room was clean and spacious. They welcomed my two siberian husky with affection and dog cookies at the door. No extra fee was added for my dogs to stay. The beds were soft and gave my husband the best night sleep. So much that he hunted down the name of the bed (simmons beauty rest) so we can have the same comfort at home. All amenities were open pool hot, tub and gym. We even had a wonderful complimentary breakfast, the French toast was amazing. The only thing that I wish could have been better was the water temp. I like a nice super hot shower, but as you can see this point was not so much of a big deal that I wouldn't give this place five stars. Staff was friendly and helpful will DEFINITELY be staying again thank you for an amazing night.

As someone who has worked in the Hotel business a while and, I can say for sure that this meets all my current expectations and requirements when doing long shifts and needing a place to crash for the night! Everyone yes will make mistakes but when the Staff here makes one they catch it and make it right immediately!

The service was great. Room was stylish and clean. They allowed our pet cat with no extra charge. A lot of places claim pet friendly but that only applies to dogs. This place was true to their word. Nice standard breakfast bar. I'd stay again and recommend it.

Super friendly staff, which stands out for me. Darren checked me in, and was genuinely a pleasure to be helped by. The maid staff was nothing but smiles. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and I like a big bathroom. I will definitely stay here again.

We checked in Friday night. The girl was very pleasant. We were in Room 422. The toilet did not work my husband had to take back off every time to flush it. Saturday morning because there was one wash cloth and only 2 towels no shampoo conditioner or lotion I called front desk the girl was not nice or helpful either one. I asked to have our beds made and more towels to be brought while we were out for the day. Beds were very messy room not clean not enough towels again and toilet still not working. Have stayed at La Quinta’s many times NEVER had such a poor experience. Have two functions coming up in Dickinson and was going to reserve but that will not happen now!!!

I have stayed here once, I would again. This is a very nice and rather fancy hotel. I thought $90 was a steal for the quality of the rooms. The rooms have comfy beds & nice fridges, and the bathrooms are elegant! It has a great pool and hot tub. 100% cleanliness throughout the whole place. Very professional staff too. They handled the noise problem I had with ease. Its one of the more accommodating hotels you'll find in the area!

The hotel is very accommodating.I had 2 pets, not problems.

The room. We got 2 beds, only needed one, but the rooms are very well kept. The beds were actually pretty comfortable, too. Oh, and the rooms are huge! comparatively.

Breakfast on the hotel! Waffles, (make 'em yourself) fruit, pancakes, eggs, sausage, and a couple other goodies like cereal for the kids.

Good location. Food stops all up and down the main road off the highway.

Recommended.

Beautiful, clean rooms. Comfy bed and pillows. Small room but we didn't need much space as we were only sleeping there for the night. Nice shower and tub with lots of hot water. Enough for 4 people to shower. It was a very nice stay! I have nothing negative to say about it really. Oh and great included breakfast! :)

Very clean, friendly people, the rooms are decent sized. I like that they have a snack station where you can buy your kids candy and drinks- you can conviently charge them to your room. The indoor pool is nice, my kids love it. Very clean area.
