I had an excellent experience at Gary Michael’s. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Erin. She was very professional, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable.
I purchased a new diamond for my wife’s engagement ring. The ring looks beautiful and was done when promised. Erin kept me up to date on the progress as I waited and it the ring is perfect. I would definitely work with Erin again in the future and highly recommend her.

Beyond breathtaking! Joy had created a gorgeous ring for me years ago when she combined my moms and my engagement ring diamonds. It’s my most prized possession that I get compliments on almost every single day. It’s my moms 70th birthday next week so I contacted Joy at Gary Michaels to see how she can recreate my ring with my mom’s birthstone which is pearl. Words can’t describe my feeling when I opened the box yesterday. I can’t wait to give my mom this gorgeous creation next weekend. I went into Gary Michaels to have my engagement ring reset. I worked with Joy and she was absolutely the best! She listened to what I wanted and picked out the perfect setting!!! We found the perfect pair of diamond studs for Christmas!

My nephew wanted to buy diamond earrings for his wife, so I directed him to Kathie. Most of the process happened over the phone, but we couldn't be happier with the customer service and the beautiful diamond studs he ended up with!

Over the course of a week, Kathie provided us with expert advice and was so willing to educate us on the 4 Cs of a great diamond and so much more! My fiance and I stopped at Gary Michael's as the first store wedding rings shopping. That is where we met a great gentleman- Marc. He helped us quickly and efficiently and you could tell he knew what he was talking about. He was extremely friendly and personable. After showing us our possible options, we decided to still go out to the mall and look some more before jumping in. Once Marc found that out, he said "see you in a few". Sure enough, we were back that same day just before they closed and ordered our wedding bands that Marc picked for us. They came really quickly as well and we had a pleasure picking them up today. The quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectation. Plus I purchased a gorgeous pair of rose gold diamond earrings during the summer sale.
