Red Roof Inn & Suites Dickinson

I would like to personally thank the GM, Zahida! She is a wonderful person and was extremely kind and accomadating to me and my family! I have never had better service from a hotel and we travel quite a bit!! And you get more than what you pay for! We have stayed in hotels double the price with very poor rooms and much less amenities, but this one is by far better than those!! Thank you again Red Roof and Zahida!

Stopped in Dickinson on the second night of my trip out to Bozeman. I was a late checkin but the gentleman that helped me was very friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic and vastly exceeded my expectations. The price was excellent, the bathroom was immaculate and spacious, all the fixtures worked. The bed and couch in the room were very comfortable. The room featured a full sized refrigerator and kitchenette. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and we had a pleasant conversation at checkout. If I am passing through again in the future, I will be staying here again.

I have been saying here for some time now. And I'm looking at what other people have said about this place. This is a great place to stay. The staff although short handed sometimes. Work every hard to make sure that you have a great experience here. The rooms are very nice. Lots of space and very clean. I would not say what I'm saying if it was not true. Please consider red roof inn Dickinson a place to stay the next time you visit Dickinson. Ty

I stayed here for 1 month for my work. I had no problems for my entire stay. My room was clean, modern, and the staff was nice. I found the manager quite accommodating and courteous. There are laundry facilities on site and lots of shopping in town. I would stay here again. Thank you

The rooms were what you would expect and the staff are very friendly. The prices are fair. This is a good place to stay especially if your looking for a weekly rate.

I sincerely wish I could have stayed longer. The whole experience was great. Other hotels should strive to meet the excellence of this one!

By far the best service I've received at a hotel. The price was the best in town and the staff was very accommodating. I will be staying at The Red Roof Inn in Dickinson from now on.

Traveling home from a funeral and needed some rest. The hotel wasn't far from the highway so we could get right back on when leaving. The front desk clerk was awesome. There was only two pillows per bed so we asked for four more for my husband and kids, the room was big with refrigerator, stove & microwave. Just have to bring your own pots and pans if you want to cook. The room was clean. Beds just could have been bigger. Bathroom was clean and big as well. The clerk called to see if we needed anything else before turning in for the night, which I thought was a nice touch.

I will start off first by saying Rocky and one of this younger female team members were FANTASTIC. I can’t remember her name but she worked the night shift. We’ve honestly never had customer service as great as that!

They to over and beyond to meet the needs of their customers. Also, the male room attendant is thoughtful, and courteous. Amazing job cleaning.

The rooms are huge, clean, beds are comfortable, huge fridge and large kitchen space as well as bathroom.

I have stayed here before— stayed a week this time and we will be staying again!

We were surprised to hear that Rocky wasn’t manager! 🤷‍♀ He definitely should be. He has wonderful problem solving skills and was prompt to deal with any issues that came about from the laundry facilities to other guest needs. His efforts definitely need to be recognized as well as the younger female who works nights.

I will say there’s one drawback but I don’t want to dock stars because it’s only one employee that I had an issue with. Her name is Jenny.

My boyfriend is severely allergic to bees and was stung when we were packing up to check out. I let her know we were planning to pay when he was done at the hospital…

While we were gone she checked us out of our room and then charged me a $200 cash deposit to re-reserve lol lol room again. When we came to get the $200 back before leaving she refused by saying that there was nothing in the drawer and got extremely snobby.

Anytime I approached the desk while she was there I was greeted with “… What?” Her customer service is terrible. And her attitude is even worse. She wasn’t any nicer to Paul.

So. I guess if the money is ever found we would like $100 to go to Rocky and $100 to go to the other younger female as tips. But I wouldn’t be surprised if Jenny pocketed it.

When we tried to get it back she automatically called the manager to have him come down. We will survive without it. It’s just money. But it speaks AMOUNTS to her character and I will surprised if she’s still there when we come back through from NY.

Wao! Really good hotel! For the price $45 a day( weekly rate) is super. It’s kitchenette, has a gym and a backyard BBQ place . I stayed for 3 months and they made me feel like home.

Pets stay for no additional charge. Staff was very friendly and engaging. Rooms were clean and nice. Didn't use the kitchenette but it did have one. Unfortunately they don't have a pool or Continental breakfast but for 50$/night 0-complaints from me!!

I work out of town alone for work for the price you can't beat this hotel lexey the front desk clerk is very helpful with everything. The room is big and spacious everything was clean and orderly when I got to the room been here for over a month should be here for the rest of the year

Very nice employees. Rooms are clean but outdated. They are in the process of updating things so it should improve.

For the relatively low cost, this Red Roof Inn offers very nice accommodations: large, relatively newly renovated rooms with a full-size fridge and two stove tops, large TV, and decently sized bathrooms. Not exactly luxury accommodations but very nice, especially given the well under $100 pricetag. The staff is also very attentive and friendly and made coffee upon request as well. At night, it is quiet. Overall great and budget friendly item!

Room was VERY CLEAN,no odors, bathroom and shower great, no odors, great hot water and pressure. Comfortable bed and pillows.
Staff was very friendly and are aware of the bad press that has been reported. Booked for one night, ended up staying for 2 just because I wanted to. Plenty to see and do in the area.

Will be staying here anytime I am in the area.

This was one pleasant surprise on our journey out west. Not only was it remarkably inexpensive, it was incredibly clean, with unbelievably helpful staff. Reggie Jr. made sure our reservation would not be double booked, helped with items we needed and was just an all around great employee. The morning staff were just as helpful. We would stay again.

WOW, What a wonderful experience! A really clean, spacious, well equipped room with kitchenette for $44 a night? What's the catch? There wasn't one, just a great deal for the budget minded traveler!

I have been a regular guest at the Red Roof Inn, Dickinson. ND. Always had a very pleasant experience and I find the place very centrally located and well kept. Friendly Staff. super clean
