New Balance Cherry Hill

New Balance of Cherry Hill was the most satisfying consumer purchase I’ve made in years. I have spent a lot of money on a lot of sneakers, only to be disappointed. Not anymore. The store and staff here are impeccable. You do not receive this kind of customer service very often, anywhere. The sales woman who waited on me could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I explained why I was there and what I was looking for. She listened, responded in an interested manner, and acted accordingly. We used the 3D Foot Scanner right there in the store (no charge) and immediately I had a clear picture of my problem-pronation. Easy. She measured my feet and we discussed some options. She brought out a few pairs for me to try on. Now here’s the best part- she literally knelt down and proceeded to deftly put the new sneakers on for me, working the laces and everything just right for me to try out (not since I was a kid in the 80’s has anyone even volunteered to measure my feet). Now this blew my mind! I did not feel worthy, ha!! Much appreciated. It’s all about the experience here and helping the customer make a happy and informed decision. And mind you, this entire process was quickly performed. I wasn’t there very long.
So, all that to say, I love my new 860s and recommend this place to anyone who has questions and is in need of a more quality sneaker.

I have been a customer of the New Balance Store in Cherry Hill owned by the Rabinowitz family for many years. I keep coming back because of their excellent customer service and selection. I will remain a steady customer in their Mt Laurel location once this one reverts back to corporate.

My podiatrist has been on me to get better sneakers and I was honestly dreading shoe shopping. To my surprise it was a fast and simple transaction. I told him what I needed, was given a few options, they had my size (womens 11) and I left with a pair within probably 15 minutes.

Everyone in the store was so nice. At first I was confused because I kept seeing the same face, and then I realized twins were working, lol. The ladies were such a great help with answering my questions . Super friendly and knowledgeable

I've been to this store several times and have had a good experience every time. The staff is both knowledgeable and pleasant, and I always leave the store with a positive feeling. I have flat feet, and based on the results from the foot pressure measurement system they were able to help me find comfortable shoes and supportive insoles.

Today I went back to return/exchange sneakers I'd recently purchased, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. I ended up with a pair of sneakers that better suited me.

Brandie was very polite and knowledgeable, and listened to my wife's needs for proper footwear. Found the best sneakers for her, and they were on sale! Nice store and a good selection of footwear and clothing. Ample parking. Clean and organized.

I have a unique size shoe due to a past trauma where there were 27 fractures in one foot and 16 in the other and wear an uncommon size. I had an event approaching in two days and needed comfortable footwear for a 14 hour work day. New Balance is without a doubt the best walking shoe for support, comfort and has removable liners so custom made inserts fit inside perfectly. Podiatrist and Orthotic providers recommend New Balance. I have worn them for many years. I was told I may never walk again after the trauma. I have had a couple minor in office surgeries to release hammer toes and such but no major OR procedures.I now run 5 miles a few times a week. So since the pandemic the New Balance corporate website has had limited sizes available. So I reached out to local stores. two stores I contacted suggested I reach out to the Cherry Hill store who carries a large variety of current models and of discontinued ones along with uncommon sizes length and width. So I called the store and sure enough they had what I needed. I went to the store and found d everything I was told was accurate. I bought a a pair of New Balance walking shoes in all black, no other color at all on them as required for my assignment. You wouldn't believe how difficult it is to locate an all black shoe. I wore them twice but realized I needed a wider width, 4E (extra extra wide). I called the store because it is a bit of a ride from University City Philadelphia. Geoff Rabinowitz, the managing partner took my call and shipped them to me overnight even providing tracking. He even offered to bring them to the Eagles game, I work for the team. They feel great, look great and are so comfortable. I can't say enough positive things about New Balance, the Cherry Hill store or Geoff. This is the true definition of excellent customer service.

It was the first time in the New Balance store in Cherry Hill. I went there because I heard some much about their sneakers that I had to see for myself. Brandi was great! She helped with the sneakers that would be a perfect match for me. Brandi really knows her sneakers. The staff are so nice and very friendly. I would recommend going in and seeing for yourself . I walked out with my sneakers on my feet they are so comfortable and fit perfect. Thank you Brandi!!!

Outstanding customer service. Emma Jensen makes the sizing, selection and purchase process ridiculously easy. If shoes are not in stock, they are quickly shipped from new balance with periodic updates from Emma. You’ll find the experience refreshing.

Great experience! My physical therapist recommended New Balance shoes so I went to the Cherry Hill location. They were able to scan my feet and determine a few styles that would be best for my feet. I left with a new pair of shoes and insoles. Would recommend this location to anyone.

The best place in the area for sports shoes and apparel! You get a very high quality product, and most important, you get properly fitted. When you are talking about your feet, make sure their protection fits right! New Balance of CH makes sure of that.

This new balance location is absolutely fantastic. I had been recommended to this store by a specialist to get good supportive shoes to help with plantar fasciitis. The whole crew here was not only knowledgeable about the condition but were able to guide me in the best direction. A few weeks later no more pain. I have now been a repeat customer to this location. Every time I am impressed more and more. Whether they are helping me with sneakers or work boots. They always have the right stuff. I’d recommend everyone at this location and all the products here a hundred times over. Stop in and meet some great people who will help you like they did me.

I was recommended to this location by a friend. Everything positive he told me was even better then excepted. The wife and I were taken such good care of by Brandie and Alyssa. The laser measuring is awesome and we did spend a few $$$. It was worth every penny for the quality of the product. In the future wecwill only purchase New Balance at this family owned location

Only did a return for an online purchase, but every one was very nice and great customer service. Offered other great suggestions on sneakers. Would like to return and get a pair in store just because they were so nice.

Both my husband and I got our shoes and insoles here. The guy who helped us out (looks like Robin Williams) was super helpful in getting us the right shoes for our feet. I would come back here in the future.
Their insoles are great. My husband has flat feet- he looks like he’s walking on his ankles almost. He couldn’t run anymore from knee pain but with these insoles and shoes he is running pain free and faster than he could 5 years ago. Really happy with the products they sell.

Looking for baseball metal cleats for my son. Went to Cherry Hill New Balance store and Brandie is really helpful and helped us order the shoes we wanted. She also made sure that we get the right size so she had my son tried some shoes to be sure. All around, she’s super helpful. Thank you and now we know where to get our future baseball shoes.

My favorite store in the area. Extremely nice people and I always leave with the perfect pair of sneakers. Every time I go they offer to measure my foot, know each shoe type to know size variations, and it's always a good experience. I come from Philly just for this store.
