Hearing Rehab Center - HearUSA

This was my 3rd experience getting hearing aids and my 1st experience with the Hearing Rehab Center. The explanation of the front desk staff of what they offer and how that could benefit me was very helpful. The audiologist with 20 years of experience was a good listener and was knowledgeable about what products would help me hear the best possible for my specific hearing loss. I walked out with new hearing aids and can now hear my husband and the TV which were getting more difficult. I'm so pleased!

My experiences with the Hearing Rehab Center have been first rate. Since moving here a few years ago, I have used the Hearing Rehab Center to perform routine tests and repairs on hearing aids purchased that I in AZ. They were always professional and helpful.
Two weeks ago I went to them to purchase a new pair of hearing aids to replace my older set. Tori was fantastic and my new hearing aids are phenomenal. Tori is an exceptional audiologist (I have been to many through the years). She spent a ton of time with me, and was super knowledgeable. When it comes to your hearing, you don't want to skimp on quality. Go to Hearing Rehab Center, you won't be disappointed.

All of the people were friendly and courtious. They make you feel like a family member.

One of my devices was faulty. These good people sent it away to be fixed.They got it back quickly & it is good as new. Since I had not caused it to fail, there was no charge.
Dr. Luther & Tyla are competent & friendly, a pleasure to work with. Good place & people to help you with your hearing issues.

Dr. David listened to my complaints of how the new hearing aids didn't seem to be much better than the older ones. He took me to another room and made some adjustments that seemed to be quite an improvement. I'll know better as the week goes on. But anyway, he was very professional and seemed to have some answers that hopefully will help my understanding a lot.

We visited Dr. Luther today at the Hearing Rehab Center with a broken hearing aid. We called late this morning and talked to Julianna who scheduled us for today! We were so pleased with the speedy appointment and even more pleased with the professionalism and excellent service we received upon arrival. David was able to make necessary repair and we were in and out within 15 minutes. We will definitely call on them again for our hearing aid needs and audiology.

Having a hearing loss is disconcerting. The staff is always aware of this and make you feel comfortable with the process. Highly recommend David Luther. He’s thorough & listens to all concerns offering advice & solutions.

I had an exceptional experience with David Luther and his colleagues. I have worn an aid for over 15 years and have had several audiologists during that time, but David is by far my best experience. I was looking for a new audiologist, and had seen the reviews and decided to give them a try. It was the most professional, educational and successful visit I have had. I was very pleased with the help I received here. I did find that it was harder to hook up m,y phone to the tv because I have a android and so my husband had to do quite a bit of fiddling to get it to work. The hearing aid company could be helpful if they make instructions for androids. The people helping me were GREAT!

I can't praise the service and professionalism of the Lake Oswego Hearing Rehab Center enough. The staff were so attentive and helpful. My Widex aid that had been purchased overseas had broken and I was very distressed at the idea of being without it. Dave Luther the audiologist was able to see me straight away, he was so efficient and totally put me at ease, even offering a loaner until mine was fixed. It was sent off for repair there and then and the new aid was back in a matter of days and ended up being a better fit than the original had ever been. I will definitely use The Hearing Rehab Center from now on - they are AWESOME!

This was my first experience with hearing aids. Everyone in this clinic made the process very easy. If you have any anxiety about hearing loss, I recommend that you make an appointment with them, they will put you at ease. I continually have to check to make sure I still have my hearing aids on my ears, they are so easy to wear. The hearing aids have definitely made a huge difference for me and now I don't have to ask people to repeat themselves. Thanks for taking such good care of me!

David Luther and the staff at Hearing Rehab Center are professional, attentive and very helpful in fulfilling my hearing needs. After 5 years of ignoring my hearing loss as minor, I went to HRC, to see what I could do help with my inability to tell the difference between certain consonant sounds. Based on the hearing test, I tried a pair of hearing aids. I truly did not know what I have been missing those years. Hearing aids reopened a dimension of sound for me, and the Bluetooth tech connection to my smart phone is amazing. Thank you HRC!

WOW!!! Finally a place I can go and know I will get excellent care. David Luther and his staff are exceptionally knowledgeable and also very friendly and caring...a wonderful combination. David and his staff go beyond the norm to make sure you are comfortable with the results of the exam and the appliance you have chosen.

Very personable, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and understanding of things that are related to not hearing well. The pandemic made me realize how much I was used to lip reading because masks were covering up the visual and sound aspects of hearing. When you start saying “what” too much go get your hearing checked so you don’t loose it. Stick with the process of getting used to your hearing aids.It is very worth it!

This was a good experience! The atmosphere was friendly and fun. David Luther is very professional and very capable. My hearing test indicated that I do not need hearing aids at this time, and I was told this information up front. I will continue to be monitored yearly for any hearing loss progression.

The customer service and technical skill exhibited by Dave Luther and the staff are outstanding.

I purchased my first set of hearing aids from Costco and was never satisfied with the performance of the devices or level of service. Also, the Costco (Tigard) staff appeared to have limited options to address my particular issues.

After two years I searched for an alternative and selected HRC. They tested my hearing and offered devices that addressed all my issues. Moreover, as the years roll by, they are always available to test my hearing and adjust the devices to accommodate the changes that are inevitable.

Tyla and Dave were friendly and attentive to my needs. The choice of hearing aids was straightforward and pleasant. What I needed was thoroughly explained to me and I am happy with the result. Thank you very much
