Silver Diner

So happy they’re open late!!! Here are pictures from two recent experiences. First I went for the apple pie French toast, it had pomegranate on it and although I love pomegranate I wish I told them to take it off. Next I got the BLT as a snack, my friend got her wings and was able to give her preference of which kind she wanted. I remember having a fundraiser here for school growing up, and going as an adult brings those memories back!

I’ve been coming to the Silver Diner for years, and it never disappoints. You got all the greats of a Jersey diner (including jukeboxes at the tables that play for a quarter), just now with things like quinoa and butternut squash 😋 Tonight I had breakfast for dinner with the vegan oat milk protein pancakes and a side of veggie sausage. The blueberries and pistachios were a nice touch, and the almond milk whipped cream was so dang yummy! I also shared a delicious mocha cold brew shake. Highly recommend!!

Updated review- I went back to this location yesterday and I had a great experience with Q and Miatta. They were both great and their service was exceptional. I was originally going to get my favorite vegan shake to go, but the atmosphere was so inviting that I decided to sit at the counter. I ended up ordering a crab cake sandwich and it was delicious. All the employees that I observed had smiles on their faces and seemed to really enjoy working here. I would definitely recommend eating here.

Me and my mom ordered burgers there and it was 10 out of 10. The staff are nice and the atmosphere is great. I am definitely coming back here for breakfast sometime.

Food was good and customer service was excellent. Not your typical diner food it has many options from vegan to gluten friendly food. We had the no mojito drink and we loved it.

I hadn't been here since probably 2017 or therebouts. It has completely stepped up its game, tremendously. I enjoyed a boutique restaurant quality meal. The Crab and Corn Chowder good enough to serve in Maryland. The Asian Brown Rice Bowl with Nordic Flounder, perfection. But you've gotta get the Lamb Shakshuka! Ask for it with your eggs poached, makes the flavorful sauce all the richer. It's an outstanding dish, which comes with authentic, perfectly toasted garlic naan.

I absolutely adored my server Celine M. A great server. But I so enjoyed conversing with them, such a smart and entertaining young person.

Absolutely love Silver Diner. Our menu go-to’s are the lemon chicken piccata (dairy and nut allergy friendly!), steak medallions, and the dairy-free shakes! Pictured here is a new addition to their menu, the Shakshuka - it was wonderful! Not your typical shakshuka but just as enjoyable!

I got the chicken and waffles. It was great. They came out with a side of country gravy and spicy pepper paste. I was confused why that came with my meal but I tried a bite with all of it and it was fantastic how it all worked together with some syrup on top. I also got the Ruben sandwich it was big and delicious. They were quick on the coffee refills. I have nothing bad to say. It’s a good local diner!

Silver diner is everything you want out of a classic diner without the grease and the agility to choose healthy sides without getting attitude from the old disgruntled wait staff. In fact, the staff is pretty young, if not always at age, definitely at heart. Great place to enjoy a dinner with family and friends. All the burgers were great, the fries are delicious but the salads and soups are also great! Haven't had anything I didn't like form there. Check it out! Enjoy the hot chocolate!

The service was very good and attentive. The food came quickly and tasted very fresh and good. Overall, it was a very good experience and it was very good quality. The menu was very diverse and had lots of selection. The staff was extremely friendly and more than helpful. Definitely would recommend to anyone who would want a nice quick to eat Diner.

Silver diner is not your typical diner. The menu options are innovative, delicious and executed well. The service is always friendly and prompt and the atmosphere casual and comfortable. I went in tonight because I was exhausted after a long week of work. Axel was my server. She was so pleasant and efficient. There are always new menu items and tonight they had a shakshouka which I devoured. It was served with naan and sprinkled with sweet pomegranate seeds. I ate it before I could snap a pic. Axel was so attentive even asking if she should leave the dessert menu after taking my order. She came back twice during my visit to check on. Exceptional service from a pleasant server and great food. Thank you for another great visit!

This place has classic diner food with an upscale twist. We came on a Saturday around 11:30 and were seated immediately. I was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed the food. I had chocolate chip pancakes with eggs and bacon. They were fluffy and filling. They have alot of plant based options for vegans and vegetarians. We had a plant based shake, which tasted nearly identical to a dairy shake! My fiance was so happy he could enjoy a milkshake without dairy. It is more expensive than a traditional diner, but I thought the food was worth it! Can’t wait to come back.

Shout out to Dave was very friendly and checking on us for how is the order or if we need anything else.

They also have a machine to which we need to add quarter from the top and select the music you want to play we selected A4 which was adams and family .
The volume is that that high but it was good to enjoy that as well.

The food and service was excellent! The menu has something for everyone. Vegan options, kids, take out and build your own meals. Everyone was very friendly, fast service and the diner was very clean. We will definitely be back.

Super clean, very nice and attentive staff, and the food was awesome! The prices are not bad, either. I had a cheesesteak with a side of grilled and seasoned vegetables. The bread for the steak was light and fluffy, but the veggies... they were SO good, SO perfectly made. I am impressed with this location! Hoping to go again. :D

It's a great classic diner, the table jukebox is always playing and it has a wide selection of music. The food is great to their bison was great and everything is organic and fresh. Would definitely recommend this diner
