Owners do not stand by their work. I had a pair of pants hemmed, it fell out after six months. A hem should last longer than six months. I returned asking if they would fix it and they wanted to charge me again. I declined, not going to pay for an alteration every six months.

Ruined a very expensive dress shirt that was given to press only..it was brand new and impossible to replace..returned with tears on it..refused to reimburse..terrible
