Angel was outstanding! Went in for assistance for what I thought was a lost cell phone and he patiently walked me through “find my phone” using a friends phone. He also took the time to provide other options to find my phone- assisting me in face timing my family and walking us through “find my phone” through my MAC. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Smiled the whole time and very friendly.

Gibby at your store is your best asset! He is full of knowledge and has the best customer service skills, I've ever experienced! Your other staff are also helpful and friendly. Gibby was amazing, he helped with getting my stiff over to my new phone and got me new accessories to go along with em. I strongly suggest stopping here for your Verizon needs. Kid knows his stuff.

If you ever are wondering who you want to work with to get the best experience possible as well as full understanding of the business then ask for Gibby. He’s the District Manager but works with guests on a representative level. He will get you new devices, offer the best promos available and ensure that you get more for you money. He makes the transactions easy a pleasurable. The best go-to person for any personal or even business needs.

I was a little skeptical about switching over from one of the other competitors to Verizon but Gibby reassured me that I would be fine. Serving in the military we need a phone service that has extensive coverage across the United States and reliable data speeds. He provided in detail how switching services I can get a lower cost for the family package and even informed me about certain discounts available. Saving me close to 60 dollars off of my previous bill with the competitor. I appreciate the honesty and commitment he took to add me as a customer. Thanks again.

Had a great experience at the Hainesport store. Gibby was very helpful in getting my new phone activated and answering all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable of the product and assisted me in getting acclimated to the product.

I cannot say how happy I am that I was introduced to Gibby! He really went above and beyond to help me with the huge headache that Apple messed up!
