Dr. Crookshank is the most likable doctor. He takes all the time I need and teaches me something new every time I see him.I absolutely trust him and receive great care. Dr. Crookshank sets the bar incredibly high for medical professionals.

I love my doctor but the staff never calls me back

I’d leave zero stars if I could. I like Dr. Crookshank but the office staff is horrible. There is consistently a problem when picking up scripts with missing or incorrect info. I’ve called to complain to the office manager and they put me on the phone with the dr instead. Finally had enough and demanded to speak to the manager, and she actually told me I should be checking the scripts before leaving the office to make sure they’re correct. It is the responsibility of the office to make sure their staff is competent and double checking correct info, not the responsibility of the patient.

A doctor and I use the term loosely who prescribed several medications and then says I’ll see you in 6 months. If you try to contact him when the medications are not working and in fact making the patient worse. There is no correspondence. You can call the office day after day after day. Not breathing apparently is not an emergency.
