Do NOT go here unless you are looking to destroy your hair. This is unfortunately not an exaggeration.
I was there the end of October with my two daughters. I paid $50 for a half-up do for my daughter's ball. I had to fix it. And quite frankly, I could of done better to begin with and should have just done it myself...except I wanted her to have "an experience". My other daughter and I had our hair cut. It was great BUT the manager cut it and she does NOT do hair on a regular basis. So, don't go thinking you'll get her, cus you won't. Unless of course your hair gets butchered like this last time.
My oldest daughter and I went back a few days ago. My daughter needed a trim for basic training and I was looking to get some parts of my hair evened out from the last time.
The girl who cut her hair BUTCHERED it. It was as if she put a bowl on her head and just cut straight across. EXCEPT it wasn't even straight. It was so badly uneven and an INCH above her eyebrows!!!!!! I looked for the manager and couldn't find her. Then the girl who cut the hair did find the manager who "fixed" it. And when I say fix, I mean did the best she could to at least even it out. It is still horrible and so short and a bit uneven in the front. And then the girl tried over charging me. I paid what I was supposed to for a cut BUT when I am holding my hysterical daughter...I shouldn't of had to pay.
These are two different girls who can NOT cut or style. I obviously didn't let that girl touch my hair after and told the manager I would just go somewhere else. Save yourself...and your hair....go somewhere else.
