The dentist performed annual cleaning and X Ray. She realized while doing the cleaning she failed to do an X Ray on a wisdom
tooth which had a deep cavity. I questioned myself as why she
didn’t flag the tooth prior yearly Bitewig X-rays? The dentist doesn’t
use a Panoramic X-rays of the full mouth. Also, she doesn’t know
the procedure codes at times for billing. I wouldn’t advise on
major dental services. Be prepared to do “cash on delivery” ….
when there are billing errors.

Scheduled an appointment for a crown. I called and confirmed my appointment time and date a week before my appointment. I got to my appointment 10 minutes early to hear that they have no record of me having appointment. Very unprofessional.
