Segal and Iyer Orthodontics

On a scale of 1-5 I would have to give Segal and Iyer 25 stars. Four years ago, at 47 years old, I decided to get braces for the second time in my life. I was told that I was going to require surgery at least once to widen my upper jaw for pallet expansion and there was a possibility of having a second surgery down the road to correct my teeth and bite. I went all in after researching Segal and Iyer and meeting with Dr Iyer. I knew it was going to be a longer process, but I trusted Dr Iyer 100 percent.

I was amazed by the entire staff at Segal and Iyer. Everyone was upbeat, friendly, personable and caring. It seemed like no one every had a bad day there. Visit after visit this was consistent. They really understand customer service. Anytime I had an issue with my braces, they got me in asap.

I was supposed to get my braces put on and pallet expander taken out but that was delayed by Covid 19. They adapted beautifully and got my braces put on. I required a second surgery in order to have a better bite and they were supportive and cheerful throughout the process.

It took 11 more months after the second surgery to get my braces off and teeth where they needed to be. I trusted Dr Iyer's vision for me. Every time I looked in the mirror at my teeth I wondered how is she going to get these teeth corrected.

I just had my braces taken off today and almost cried when I saw the final product. I will be wearing my retainer.

I also wanted to add that Dr Iyer and Val both pictured are NY Giants fans, and I enjoyed the banter and conversation with them about football. They know what they are talking about.

I do want to shout out Dr Iyer, Val and Bonnie for making the last 4 years enjoyable. Never a bad visit. There were plenty of other people at Segal and Iyer that were a part of the process, but I am not great with names. Everyone was great!

I was always self-conscious about my teeth and today I cannot stop smiling. Easily the best investment I have ever made. I could not recommend them any higher.

I took my eight-year-old to Dr. Iyer for overcrowded teeth, and despite the challenging diagnosis, her vision for my son's smile was evident from the beginning. After two treatments spanning a few years, the results were outstanding. Impressed, I later took my twin girls to her. Even my husband, who had long struggled with a bite issue despite prior orthodontic treatment, found relief under Dr. Iyer's care within months. At 50, I decided to undergo orthodontic treatment for the first time, and the results were equally impressive. Over the span of 15 years, my family received exceptional care from this practice, which felt more like an extended family. With top-notch doctors, caring staff, and a culture of kindness, they provided the best service possible. Dr. Iyer's influence motivated one of my daughters to pursue a dental degree at an Ivy League dental school.

Hands down Segal & Iyer are the absolute best around. All 3 of my kids are patients there and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Dr. Iyer and the entire staff are all truly amazing!

I recently was diagnosed with sleep apnea. The problem is, I’m claustrophobic. So, using a Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) became extremely difficult for me. After doing a little research, I came across a mouth device, called Thornton Adjustable Positioner,(TAP 3), which is a mouth device much like an Invisalign. The next step would be to figure out which orthodontist would offer the device. I made an appointment to see Dr. Iyer at Dr. Segal and Iyer Orthodontics, located at 501NJ – 73 #202 Marlton New Jersey. I can honestly say I’ve never been to a facility more organized, and with 21st-century technology. Dr. Iyer was extremely amazing! She was able to sit with me and educate me on exactly how the device worked and how it’s going to benefit my sleep habits. I will definitely recommend anyone with sleep apnea or any orthodontic issues to see Dr. Iyer. You will not be disappointed. Given Dr. Iyer , 5 stars is not enough, I’ll give her 100 stars ‼ ;)

Iyer and Segal was recommended by our general dentist for our children. From our first meeting, my husband and I were impressed with the staff from the front desk to the overseeing orthodontist. The team was thorough in determining the best treatment plan and conveyed the plan in way easily understood. My children love it here. The staff is friendly and always make us feel welcomed. I never have to wait long before being taken back to see the technicians and doctors. We always leave feeling well informed and encouraged about our orthodontic journey.

10 years ago my life changed forever under the expert care of S&I. After having braces in my teens it was time again at 41 to jump back in with the classic metal. They adjusted my bite and smile after removing the good ole wisdom teeth and I couldn’t be more of a happier client. Now I’m back in to refresh my retainers and they even have a new plan that is so beneficial to us lifetime retainer wearers. The staff are the best in the industry. The veteran crew even remembered me by name a decade later. Feels like home every time I walk through the doors. Well oiled machine!

As a adult patient of this practice for almost 4 years I highly recommend them.. Everyone in this office from the docs, techs and front desk staff have been amazing. They don't quit until you are completely satisfied and your teeth are perfect. It is worth every penny to trust your kids or adults with this practice. I am only sorry I didn't do it sooner.

I wanted Invisalign for many years and finally pulled the trigger at 31 years old. From my initial consultation I knew I could trust Segal & Iyer. I’ve had my Invisalign for over a year and have had nothing but an enjoyable experience at each appointment. Everyone is so friendly and the facility is ran extremely efficiently. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes, even for the orthodontist. Every orthodontist I’ve seen at my check ins has seemed genuinely invested in my progress and made sure to thoroughly address any concerns or questions I’ve had.
