Nice convenience store! Vide variety of items

The owner is a sweet and patient man, always willing to help you. However the parking lot ALWAYS has litter and over filled dumpsters behind a broken fence which looks (and smells) horrible. Being in a residential area, I appreciate it if they took better care of that property. I know a lot of the trash comes from the neighborhood kids who obviously weren't taught any better but that doesn't make this establishment any less of an eye sore. Such a bad impression when people come to visit and unfortunately that's the landmark for our street.
