What a great quaint place. So friendly. Really nice for a relaxing lunch. Daughter and I split the Farmhouse and Pan Bagnat sandwich. So good. Couldn't decide which i liked more. So many good items to choose from, and all healthy. And the fries were one of the best I've had. Very eclectic inside. Deserts looked great, but too stuffed to try. Maybe next time. Really need to try this place. And everyone (workers) smiled and seemed really happy. What a nice change from the chain restaurants. 5 stars.

THIS PLACE! Chef - a true culinary artist! The words “SO GOOD” are not enough to express how delicious the food is! I love how this place links with local farmers. Such a friendly staff. The flavors and authenticity of ingredients really shine through in the taste and quality. My goodness that chicken man…ugh the bread! The scones! Why did you do that to me? I wish it was a bit closer where I live but I definitely hope to make a trip out again cause THE FOOD! God Bless this place!

I'm a foodie! This place blew my mind! This place is not only a haven of fresh, clean, made to order dishes but it has an incredible atmosphere!

The food was more than delicious it was healing. I felt the love in every bite. As a full-time government employee, mom, and investor I don't have the time to make the best meals and I eat poorly due to the "grind-all day culture of life. When I came here I felt more than welcomed, I felt valued. The customer service was superb. I requested a specific style of coffee with whipped cream. They did not have the cream on hand but they responded by making the whipped cream from scratch! I couldn't believe that 1 customer mattered that much to step aside and create a food item from scratch to satisfy the craving! I was so humbled and touched by the grace and love they poured into their craft.

We ordered the loaded home fries, biscuits and gravy, and 4 of their pastry items. Just wow! This place is so unassuming and just shocks you with quality and precise flavor! There's something wholesome about watching your meal be prepared from raw ingredients (observed dough preparation) !

Wow! This place was so good!! It’s so cozy. The food was really good. We got the chicken and waffles (it’s a must have), the burrito (really good), the jersey sandwich (good), the blueberry scone (great), and the ramen (ehh). I will be thinking of those chicken and waffles for a whileeeee

Ask for Colin!!! Amazing wait staff, don't ever loose him. Great atmosphere, the food was delicious, too many things to name. Had the eggs Benedict with the crab cake, Swedish meatballs and bread pudding. Can't wait to go back.

A wonderful hometown eatery. Went for breakfast and was immediately pleased with the menu. A perfect variety of breakfast meals to please anyone. I ordered an orange juice and the Avocado toast with fried egg. My meal was prepared fresh and tasted absolutely delicious. I highly recommend HoopHouse for a fantastic breakfast. Can't wait to go back and try the lunch menu items.

I live in Bordentown City and have been noting all the positive posts on our local Facebook page. Today I tried it for lunch. The only thing I would suggest is to make it more obvious that they are open. When I opened the door I was surprised to see several tables with dining guests as well as people waiting for take out. My only hint they were open was unlocked bikes out front. Any way, I got the caprese salad. It was by far the best caprese salad I have ever gotten. Even the subtle salt and pepper was perfect. I am excited to go back and bring friends. I don’t think the pictures do it justice. I had gotten it to go because I also was on my bicycle. If you have a chance stop- it’s directly across from the record collector

I can't believe this great place was right under my nose for 3 years before I discovered it. Me and my son have been here multiple times for both breakfast and lunch. The quality and taste of the food is 5 stars. The servers are always pleasant and very attentive. I see some people think the prices are too high but I don't believe that. I have seen high prices at many restaurants these days and the Hoop House prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food they serve. I would give them a try and you can judge for yourself.

Chef Christine artfully crafts dishes that range from chicken and waffles to homemade sausage and gravy to an array of Eggs Benedict that will have you telling all of your friends that this is the next place they have to try. Not to mention all of the baked goods which are made from scratch to create the freshest scones and sourdough bread that you will taste in the area. The staff is friendly and welcoming from the second you walk in the door and the ambiance is perfectly fitting for the carefully sculpted menu and rustic vibes of Bordentown City. If you are looking for a new breakfast/brunch/lunch spot to try, look no further than HoopHouse.

My favorite place to frequent with my friends in the summer! There is a cute private garden in the back that is sometimes open to eat at. The food is always fresh and high quality - sometimes during Bordentown's restaurant week or during events, they have a prix fixe menu that isn't as extensive and the dishes are a bit hit or miss, but the usual menu is great and the staff and owners are really friendly. My usuals are the iced hibiscus tea, their sourdough pancakes, and their sourdough sandwiches. The Panzanella was a bit disappointing though.

Ordered a farmhouse chicken sandwich here for lunch. Easily one of the best i’ve had in a while. Great spot. Looking forward to come back and try other menu items.

This place is fantastic!! Came for breakfast, I got the wild pancakes and my boyfriend got the chicken waffles. We were blown away!! Our conversation ceased and all that could he heard from us was "mmm" after every bite. Staff is warm and accommodating, lovely decor with plants if that's your thing :) unassuming place in the best way, could see the dough for scones being prepared behind the counter. Can't wait to try their lunch!

Honestly can not give this place enough stars. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing! The menu was diverse and had dishes I have never seen on another menu as well as options for the whole family. It was honestly so hard to choose something to order it all sounded so good! The staff was amazing. Down to earth who you could have a good conversation with while waiting for food. Also helpful when not knowing what something was and portion sizes. I would recommend this place a million times. Worth the travel if your not close. Oh and did I mention breakfast all day and night?

This is hands down the best food in Bordentown, and I'd put them up against any restaurant in the state. Super fresh ingredients, an amazing, rotating menu and the loveliest people you could hope to meet. Their brunch is stellar and being BYOB, it's a screaming deal. The various eggs benedict are all delicious, and the Farmhouse chicken sandwich is killer. Their bakery case is always filled with the best house made pastries that are constantly changing. You need to stop by!
