I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a dentist. I found the front desk staff to be very friendly and understanding that I was terrified of the dentist, however I had a tooth that was killing me. They were very understanding and made sure my experience was better then past dental experiences. It wasn't just the front desk; it was the person who assisted the dentist and the dentist himself too. I ended up having to have a tooth extracted and the dentist made sure i was comfortable and didn't feel any pain. I definitely will be going back and I was visibly shaking my first appointment to now being fairly comfortable considering my past with the dentist. I definitely would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist. They are excellent!

Dr. C is the best as well as dentist hygienist all support staff and office staff has always been nice and friendly. Been going here for years. Hope they will be fully staff with specialists again so all dental needs are met in one office.

Im so terrified with the dentist office and anything that’s has to do with oral health because of the terrible I’ve experienced. But when i got my tooth pulled by Dr.Pagonis. He was detailed and gentle and made the procedure quick and painless. I really like him a lot. When i got a root canal, Susie was so kind and understanding and so was Dr.Leve. I told them i was scared because this was my first time and i don’t know what to expect and they made it a breeze also. It was so quick and pain free. This is probably my best dentist experience ever. I’m so grateful for them because after having children, these teeth to wonders to you.

I had a broken tooth that became infected and Willingboro family dental was able to get me in immediately! The office manager, Rachel, was extremely helpful from helping schedule me to explaining and informing me of the out of pocket costs. Dr. Vasenko is the best dentist I have ever seen. He made sure I was completely numb before going in for an extraction and was finished within not even five minutes. I have been afraid of the dentist for so long and today really put a whole new outlook on it. Will definitely be back for the rest of dental assistance. This office was amazing as were the employees. Highly recommend!

I’ve been comming here for many years. Actually when they first Opened I used to bring my children here when they were young . So now its just me comming . It was hard getting an appointment during Covid but things are getting better . I’ve been seeing Dominique for my periodontal maintenance she’s very Good at her Job .I’m thankful for her because I’ve never been a fan of the Dentist and she makes me feel alittle more comfortable. So Thank You !

From my first visit I've hade nothing but a great experience. The entire staff is wonderful. I just had my first root canal with them on 2/15/21. Dr. Shore is amazing!! The best orthodontist I have ever been to. I didn't feel a thing not even the needles. And Susie his assistant amazing no pinching of my lips. I highly recommend this dental office. You won't be disappointed..

I cannot recommend this practice enough. Dr. Shore did 3 root canals on me and he was extremely professional & personable. He repeatedly checked on my comfort during the procedures to insure I was ok. Susie, who assisted during all 3 (over 2 visits), was a huge help with scheduling as well as my comfort, going over and above to complete my procedures. I have never in my life dealt with a more professional or accommodating practice, and I give them my highest recommendation.

From the girls at check in, Rachel the assistant manager who checked me out after my appointment and everything in between my first experience with Willingboro Family Dental was amazing. Dominique was the hygienist and she was so gentle but yet so thorough. The level of professionalism amongst the entire staff will absolutely having me returning for further treatments!

I have not been to the dentist in almost 3 years because I hate the drilling, needles and smell of the dentist office. I must say even though I was forced to come to the dentist because of my dental problems, Dr. Shore and Susie made me feel exceptional calm. They went above and beyond to make sure I was ok and as comfortable as possible! They gave me an overview as to what I was going to experience during my time there. I highly recommend this duo of Dr. Shore and Susie when you visit! If you are lucky enough to get them, I can assure you will be in great hands!!!!!!!

Always clean, friendly and on time. The doctors, nurses and receptionists are always chipper and helpful Everytime I visit from the beginning at sign in, to the end making follow-ups. Been going here since I was younger and moved but came back a few years ago and they've definitely only gotten better with time.

In the past, I can't expressed how unorganized this dental office was. I ust to come back because Dr. Ricardi and Dr. C are awesome!! I dealt and dealt. Frankly I was already looking for another dental office because not only was it unorganized but the staff was unprofessional and simply rude. They had no personality or care about the patients and obviously about their jobs.
However, today I will say that since the change of management and of some staff, this place has changed. It seems to be headed where it should have been for a long time. The employees seem personable, organized and professional in every way. Their is a gentleman that works front desk (sorry i can't remember your name :( ) that is awesome and dependable! Another staff member that stands out to me is Susie- her personality is what that place needs. Susie doesn't seem like a robot and makes you smile and feel truly comfortable. Frankly, I have no complaints of any of the staff members today. They are all doing a wonderful job. Congrats to all!

My experience was very pleasant and cheerful. I would recommend coming here if you would love to be comfortable and appreciated. Dr.Shore is great and punctual. Susie, Isamar & Tatiana are great assistants and make it feel at home. Dr. Riccardi is very funny and encouraging! Everyone should come to this facility.

I had my teeth cleaned this morning by Althea and she did a wonderful job! Not only did she clean my teeth expertly, she also schooled me on how I can take better care of them between visits. I was nervous because this was my first time at Willingboro Family Dental but everyone was pleasant and made my visit a pleasure. I'm going to ask for Althea every time I go for a cleaning; she is the BEST!!!! Thank you!!

Before I went to Willingboro Family Dental I read quite a few reviews and of course was Not thrilled by what I read, the one thing Most of these bad reviews had in common was the actual dental staff was really Good. The Major complaints were the wait time and rude front end staff, Well I found All the people I dealt with to be Very friendly, professional, helpful, and Caring!
I'd like to thank Claude, Dr.G. and Jade for giving Me a Beautiful smile! Oh and I think it was Abbey at the front desk, Big thank you to all.

Over the many years of being a Willingboro Family Dental patient, I (unfortunately) have had a TON of dental work done- from cleanings and check-ups to fillings, root canals, and major extractions. For me, having to sit in "the chair" at the dentist office is never by choice, it's a necessary evil, but the doctors, assistants and staff always go above and beyond to make sure that I am as comfortable as possible and never in any pain. Having sat in "the chair" of EVERY doctor and hygienist on staff, I have zero hesitation in recommending any one of them!

I was a first time patient today going for a general checkup. Before setting an appointment I was a little hesitant due to the previous reviews. However, my brother has came here multiple times and says it great so I decided to give it a try.

First I’d like to say that my visit was timely and effecient. The girl at the front desk was pleasant and professional. I say in the lobby for about 10-15 mins until I was called.

The dental assistance and doctor were extremely nice and informative. My gums were very sensitive so they made sure to do the cleaning as gentle as possible while still deep cleaning. One of the assistants (Sarah I believe) was especially a pleasure to be around. Sarah was funny, informative and professional.

The cleaning itself was very efficient. My teeth feel incredibly clean and polished from all angles. The doctor asked I come back next week to check my gums once again. It shows how dedicated the doctors are when they are very persistent about a future checkup.

Then when i checked out a young lady and man were extremely friendly and quick.

I honestly willl be coming back soon. If anyone here is looking for a dental appointment, DONT BE SCARED OF THE REVIEWS. Perhaps they now have new staff or way of doing things but I really enjoyed my experience. You should go.

I am crazy afraid of the dentist. But I've been going here approximately 6 months and I ADORE these ppl!! The staff I've encountered are exceedingly delightful and the Dr's are gentle and beyond kind! Also I've NEVER waited an excessive amount of time to be seen and I've had A LOT of appointments lol. Honestly, they're THE BEST dentist ever!!

I've always hated going to the dentist, before retirement that was my excuse to not go "I have to work" I'd say but, the reality is I just didn't want to go. So, now some years later I find myself in a dental disaster and there's no way to get around getting the work done. There's no more excuses no work to blame. I hope this time next year I have a smile I'll be glad to make. Dr. C the Dentist carefully considered my fears and put me at ease to be able to have a discussion with me about my teeth w/o me getting nauseated. Dr. was empathetic and so patient with me. The Dental Assistant Tatiana was nice too she was compassionate, knowledgeable & professional while caring for me. I'm almost looking forward to my next appt lol, I may not be looking forward to any appointments however, am looking forward to having a beautiful smile. I can't wait.

I must say wait time can be frustrating but the dentist they have are amazing from Dr Shore & Dr Ricciardi it’s worth the wait. Love Susie very sweet and helpful partners up with with Dr Shore she makes me feel very comfortable while I am having my procedures done.

First I must say Dr. Shore and Susie are beyond great.I hate going to the dentist and that's why I haven't been in so long. Dr. Shore made me feel comfortable during both of my root canals. I didn't feel a thing from the needles to the drilling. Honestly the worst part was not going to see them sooner.
