I highly recommend Cooks Motors! I have bought several cars through them. They are very friendly, family oriented, honest and up front. If i have ever had any problems, i bring the car in and they fix it. The customer service you get is great.Joanne, the owner/manager is the best! I will never go anywhere else to buy a car!!!!!! I have had horrible past experiences with OTHER used car dealerships that just want to get you into a car and out the door. That is NEVER the case with Cooks!

Bought my current car in May 2015 from the owner Joanne. Great experience all around! This is a family own place I came here to look for a car while looking around Mrs Cook and Mr. Cook came out with a pleasantly smile offering help to my husband and I we told them we were shopping around for a car they then explained how they work with buying here pay here I was happy for that. I needed a new vehicle when my old car failed inspection and according to the man at the garage I took it to, after market parts were not available for repair. Four different people told me to go to Cook's, and I am so glad I did! JoAnne, the owner spent a lot of time showing me the three cars I had selected to look at on their website. This was last Monday. I decided on a Buick Lucerne that was in excellent condition, clean both inside and out, and priced right for my budget. The car was ready for me Tuesday morning, which was the next day. I came in, completed all paperwork, gave JoAnne the balance of my deposit, and happily drove to work in my "new car" instead of using Uber.
