Shoes Selection for women who aren't a size 7 or 8 🫣 (big feet lol) sucks but every once in a while I can find a gem

The men suit are very nice
But prices are a little bit expensive off some of the stuff

Excellent. Had the bag to my mom for her birthday. The cashier was very helpful. She showed me the bags they had in the back that they didn't have on display

This was my first time shopping here.
The manager Khayri was extremely helpful in finding me clothing that I needed and for my daughter’s Christmas gift. The quality of the leggings were possibly the best that I’ve purchased to date. I was so happy that one item which wasn’t available in the store was shipped to my home. Great experience, clothing and customer service!!

I had a pretty pleasant experience in store. I had an online return that was processed with ease. The cashier was kind and efficient. I then shopped the floor which was very clean and organized. I found a coat for the fall and some cute booties. I was pleased with the selection and I would return again.

A nice outlet with good workers. They treated us well. I wanted a pair of shoes but they were scuffed and there were no other pairs of that kind. I asked the manager and he was kind enough to offer 15% discount on the shoes and I took them home.

Love Saks at FRANKLIN Mills. I've never walked out of there without hundreds of dollars of name brand designer clothing. I've always had success. They get new shipments in twice a week from what I understand and stuff is usually seasonal. They do a great job of reracking the mess that customers leave behind. The men's shoe selection is always good to great and the prices are really slashed to reasonable prices that you would expect from an outlet.

Saks Off Fifth in Franklin Mills is a wonderful store with lovely service and wonderful merchandise . I have been shopping there for many years with outstanding results.
Men’s clothing is varied in price point as well as high quality🌺🌺.
The quantity is not as plentiful as years past which is indicative merchandising since Covid but highly worth the trip .
The children’s clothing is great.
