Im shocked to read such negative remarks about Mr. Fleming! Ive been dealing with Mr. Fleming for almost three years now, I have never felt this man to be rude and unprofessional! He is 1 man running his own buisness alone, he gets very busy and for that he is labled rude? But everyone is entitled to thier own opinions right, well my opinion this man is very nice and I have and will continue to suggest him to friends and family who are looking to rent or buy a home!!!!

I was quite disappointed when I called this realtor...Mr Fleming himself answered the phone and was by far one of the rudest persons I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to on the phone...I was enquiring about a boat slip he apparently has to rent for winter storage and instead of respectfully telling me it was not available he abruptly informed me that it was a "bad time" and asked if I can call next week toward the end of the week... he had said the same thing to me last week...equally abruptly and equally rude...last week I gave him the benefit of the doubt but this week I am inclined to simply accept he is a poor businessman and a man with no manners ...I wouldn't buy popcorn from this man much less a home, a boat, a boat slip, etc etc...
In the business world we need to at the very least act civilized...have good people skills...Mr Fleming obviously flunked this part of his education! Good riddance...I am grateful that I did not engage in any business transaction with such a character!
