He is always on site and accessible. Giovanni is always your number 1 advocate and ensures that you’re treated fairly. The craftsmanship of the work was excellent and the crews working on both roofing and siding were very professional. His team is very friendly and easy to work with. I cannot speak highly enough of Giovanni. His team did an excellent job with the work. His pricing is fair and competitive. But most importantly, Giovanni cares. He helped me with a hail damage claim, working with the adjuster until all the damage was properly documented. Other contractors didn't seem to care whether my insurance company or I paid for the roof, so long as they were paid by someone. But Giovanni cared who paid. He has my highest recommendation.

I thought Giovanni and his team were very professional. They arrived promptly today at 6:30am and were finished before 11:00am. Wow! I’ve seen other roofing jobs take two days or more. We appreciated his diligence in helping us through the contract and patience while dealing with a week of rain.

Giovanni and his team did an incredible job! After our home sustained hail damage this summer, we called Phoenix Roofing for an estimate. They were prompt, professional, and were willing to work directly with our insurance company. Our roof was replaced within 3 weeks of signing a contract. (Some other companies had 3 month waiting lists.) It transformed the look of our 1939 cape cod home. We also had gutters replaced and new window capping installed. Everything looks so new and clean. Each of his crews were very professional and cleaned up well after each job. We would highly recommend this company for all your roofing, gutter, and window needs.

Kyle at Phoenix Roofing Co help me from start to finish when submitting a claim for hail, wind and rain damage to my home. He noted the damages, was there when reporting to my insurance company and met with the inspector from the insurance company during the inspection to make sure everything that needed to be addressed was.
Once scheduled, his team came out, moved anything out of harms way and tarped my plants and landscaping, moved anything that needed to be moved to avoid damage, were professional, respectful of my property and worked hard, replacing my entire roof in a day, leaving it clean and without debris and moved everything back, leaving my house BETTER than when they came as I had a brand new roof!
I can't say enough about how great that Kyle and his team were in taking care of me and my family and I would recommend anyone out there to use their services!

Giovanni and his team did an exceptional job. It started with Giovanni spotting hail damage on the roof and siding while working on a nearby resident and him talking to us. He handled all the insurance work so that everything that was damaged by the hail was covered (with only the cost of a few minor things that we added on while they worked, like new capping, some work to the HVAC condensation lines. The house looks brand new, with new roofing, siding, gutters and some new doors. Amazing transformation. Quality materials used throughout. His crew was very friendly and professional. They were responsive to questions while working and took great care of us. Giovanni even threw in a few extras that were needed during the project. An honest hard working company. When he returned, I had a few things that I wanted additional and he did them no questions asked such as extending the gutter past the driveway. Very clean work. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

All I can say is CALL GIOVANNI!!. We hired Phoenix to replace our roof and siding after a major hail storm. From the start, Giovanni dealt with the adjuster from the insurance company. I never had to lift a finger. They entire company is incredibly professional, starting at the top. They were flexible with scheduling and handled any unexpected issues that came up during the process professionally and quickly. The end result looks amazing. This was one of the most pleasant experiences dealing with a contractor that I have ever had. I cannot recommend them enough.

I would definitely recommend these guys for roofing repair shingle installation gutters whatever they offer as a service they got the materials quick and handled the entire situation with my insurance as my roof had hail damage very happy with Jim Brian and his crew at Phoenix ripped off old shingles and repaired some bad rafters and reinstalled new shingles same day clean up was good.Job looks fantastic no leaks great job !!

We called Phoenix to have our siding done and Stefano came out to talk to us about the services they offer and what our options would be. After the initial meeting my husband and I were already sold on using them because we felt so comfortable with Stefano. He made the entire experience easy for us. He listened to our concerns, needs, and what we wanted to do. We never felt pressured to choose other products or services and he never made us feel like we were bothering him with our questions. Once the work was underway, he remained available and visible through the entire project. The crew was professional, and while having your siding replaced is always going to be loud and disturbing, they were timely, diligent, and each day left our home as free from debris as possible. Our home was transformed and I could not be happier with our experience. Stefano made what could have been a very nerve wracking experience, easy and comfortable for me and my husband.
