Davis Honda Used

We purchased 3 cars at once from salesman Will Rivera. He was very attentive, very educated regarding the cars and very courteous. Buying 3 cars at once was not an issue for their team, including Finance and the prep team. The only negative would be the interaction with Joe the Sales Manager, he should stay in the back and allow his knowledgeable staff do their job without interruptions and condescending remarks.

This week I purchased a car with the help of Angel O Santiago, a sales associate. He was very helpful and patient to answer any questions and concerns I had about the car. The weather caused the system to be down but we still managed to complete the process. I am very pleased with the experience I had with him. The financial and insurance manager, Bernadette was also very helpful and made the process go by smoother. Would definitely recommend them and I’m happy with my purchase.

Purchased a 2016 Jeep Renegade from them recently. Staff was beyond helpful. Price & costs were below markets average. Vehicle was in excellent condition, well maintained, and clean.

Mark Hall, the salesman, made the entire process fast and super easy to deal with. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right car without any pressure.

I’ve used Davis Honda twice now over the last couple years, and both times the process was fast, easy, and fair. Our sales person, Rich Santos, Bernadette Estelow, Mark Lynch and the rest of the team presented us with a good deal, and were accommodating to our needs and expectations. Would highly recommend, and will use again in the future.

Went here with my son to purchase a used car for him. Jason was our salesman and he was awesome! We were there a lot longer than usual, by no fault of ours or the dealership, but technical difficulties with getting insurance established. The dealership staff stayed well past closing to accommodate us. We are ever so grateful for their assistance, patience, and professionalism.

UPDATED REVIEW - remarks below my original 1 star review

This has fallen from the 5 star review I wanted to give, which was based on my first experience purchasing a used Honda from Davis Honda of Burlington, NJ. Based on that first experience, I purchased another used Honda from Davis Honda, just 3 days ago.

Here's what happened. I purchased the vehicle on Friday evening. It ran fine. But on Sunday in the early afternoon, less than 48 hours later, the car would not start. It started immediately with a jump. The battery was dead. Since it ran well between Friday eve & Sunday afternoon, I suspect the charging system.

I shared that info with Davis Honda, when I called on Monday morning. I spoke with a woman who asked me about the problem. It was emphasized to me by the salesperson, at least 3 times, that the vehicle had gone through a 150+ point inspection. That emphasis is why I was surprised the vehicle wouldn't start only 36 hours after purchase.

The woman who spoke with me from the used car department asked if I could get it back to Davis Honda to be checked. I said sure. I then asked if they would have a loaner car available in case my vehicle had to remain at the dealership for assessment & repair. She said "we do not have loaner cars for used car purchases" (not an exact quote).

I shared with her that Davis Honda, had always offered me a loaner car when I left my previous used car in their shop for repair. She said that was the practice 5-6 years ago when I purchased my first used Honda from Davis. She said that it was no longer their policy.

I would have been OK with her explanation except for her attitude & tone of voice. She was perterbed that what I experienced with Davis Honda in the past was different than what she stated to be the "new policy."

If I am treated differently, both in tone of voice, attitude & actual treatment, once I get to Davis Honda later today, I will change this review.

But as of now my 1 star review stands. If Davis Honda's "policy" has truly changed, & if management is OK with their department managers (I believe the woman I spoke with told me she was a dept manager) having attitude with their customers, then I can no longer recommend Davis Honda to anyone.

Find a dealership where they treat you well after you spend more than $20,000 on a car.

Davis Honda, returned to the "over & above" treatment I've come to experience from them over the past 6 years. They reached out to me; fixed the issue with my newly purchased used vehicle; provided a loaner while they took the time to look more closely at the problem to ensure it was thoroughly repaired.

Special kudos to Jessica in the Davis Honda Service Department. She was professional and very kind. Davis Honda is lucky to have her. Thank you Jessica.

The sales manager Felix was friendly and professional as well as the car salesman Joshua was a pleasure to work with. I’m very happy with my experience at Davis Honda. Definitely a must see for yourself.

Dealer was initially skeptical to sell to me as an out of state buyer, since I was unable to fly out there and see the vehicle in person. But after offering to coordinate/pay for shipping through a third party, and agreeing all sales would be final, management put me touch with sales. Chris was AMAZING! I can’t say enough about how impressive he was regarding his technical knowledge, clear communication skills, and overall sense of wanting to make this deal work! Chris was friendly, responsive, honest, and sincere throughout the entire process. The vehicle arrived as expected and was priced to sell. Overall, a great experience.

Asante was the sales rep that worked with me. He was professional, attentive, and a pleasure to work with. The process went smoothly. I would buy from Davis again, when the time comes.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the sales experience provided by Curt Baker at Davis Honda. Curt went out of his way to answer all of our questions, find the vehicle that we searched for, and resolve all issues on a timely basis. It was very pleasant to purchase a new car from this dealership.

I feel like they really worked hard to earn my business from the start with communication to pricing to shopping rates on my behalf that will save me money every month. Davis Honda provides amazing service and I have been dealing with them for over 28 plus years, and even if there is an issue they resolve it right away! They are very accommodating to my work schedule as I have a high level position — Jessica and Bernadette realized that I had a question about my warranty and they went to work and got me the best deal, since I am on the road quite a lot!
Make sure you go to Davis!!

Good overall experience. I was lucky enough that the color I was looking for happened to be delivered that day. It was in another facility getting inspected. Frank was amazing and went and picked it up and brought it so we could take it for a test drive. Ended up driving it home that night :)
