Out of all the banks I have had an account with this is by far the best one. The staff is friendly and if I ever have a problem they are quick to solve it. Thanks for being a great place to bank with.

I have gone through Dacotah Bank for over 12 years for auto loans and had never been late on a payment in my life.I was trying to keep my business with them, but was met by a very rude loan officer who was very short with me and and did not want to work with me at all, she denied me on the spot for a loan I was more then capable of doing.I am very saddened as a long time customer of Dacotah bank but thankful I have taken my business elsewhere, to get a new pickup for my family. Do not use this bank. They put limits on How much one can withdraw. Went to a branch close to home, and they forced me to drive 130 miles to another branch because they claimed smaller branches can't access More Cash. Hello, you're a Multi-Million Dollar business. I'm sure you can get Cash for a customer, especially with advance notice. Obviously, I closed my account, and went elsewhere.

Dismissive and unhelpful bankers and tellers. Bank elsewhere and save yourself the awkward interaction of dealing with stuck-up folks who like to make you feel like you're wasting their time.
