Every time I go into boost mobile there's a worker by the name of Nicky who always helps me in the Burlington store on Sunset Rd.She is a Godsend! Very patient,kind ,and helpful!!!

After a terrible experience at the Lumberton location this morning, I then went to this location and what a difference!! I had the pleasure of meeting Mary and she has amazing customer service skills and helped me accomplish what I needed done with no issues. She should be promoted honestly! Anyone needing to go to boost mobile I would recommend this location. Thank you again, Mary!

I went to the Boost store in Cooperstown Plaza Monday night to upgrade my S9 phone to 5g and get a new sm card. My cover was stuck and Mary who was working there got it off and cleaned it and put in the new card. She also found a new cover for me. She was lovely, polite and kind. I appreciated her patience.

Great customer service! The representative that worked with me, Mary, was very friendly and helpful! The problem with my service was resolved relatively quick. Overall, great experience!

When in to get some questions answered the lady was awesome

, promos were so good and Jay was very helpful so we decided to switch and get 4 lines for 100

we need to check out the new Verizon pay-as-you-go package from boost the employee was knowledgeable about it answered all my questions and was very straightforward
