By far the best dealership I’ve ever experienced. I bought a 2013 Honda Sonata here yesterday. Jeff provided excellent customer service, gave me in-depth details about the carfax, history, and he explain the payments thoroughly. I test drove the car, and there were no surprises. I love my car! My experience with Jeff was great and the rest of the staff. He did everything possible to get me in my car. I love my 2011 kia soul. I will update you guys in a few months to let you know how the car is doing.

Update November 4th, 2020(3months later). My car is still running great. I've had no issues. I will update again in 2021.

Update june 16th 2021, almost a year now. My car is still running great. No issues so far, I've just been taking care of she hulk( my car).

Update may 3,2023 3 years later..wow time flies. Only minor issues thru wear and tear nothing caused by harris automotive. She hulk is still going strong I love her💜💜

I read all the reviews prior to visiting the dealership to include the unwarranted negative ones. Yes their prices are high but Harris provides a buy here pay here fiancing that you will be able to afford and have been in business for more than 2 decades which speaks volumes. With your purchase they include a warranty for piece of mind. Harris will guarantee inspection and when you drive off the lot with your purchase you will have new brakes tires battery so you will not have to worry about more out of pocket expenses. Jeff the sales associate will go over every detail and and provide ⭐⭐⭐⭐ service.

Brought my 2009 Jeep Wrangler Sahara in after my DYI project went wrong. The owner once again saved the day and fix my Jeep asap. I was back on the road better than ever. For those of you out there looking for a stress free car buying experience, look NO further! All terms are giving clearly and upfront. No pushy salespeople. Paid attention to details as small as the key fob which wasn’t working so a new one was promptly ordered. Seriously, a perfect experience from start to finish! I’m definitely a happy customer💙

When I gave up doing my own oil changes for multiple reasons, I read reviews and decided I would take my car to Harris Automotive. I'm very finicky about my vehicles, and have been extremely happy with the guys at Harris. They are courteous and meticulous, and their prices are extremely good. I still have a preference as to the oil and filter that I want, and these guys let me bring my own to them and then charge me a ridiculously low price to do the work.
Their new facility here in Westerville is beautiful and very handy. I'm glad I trusted these guys with my vehicles, and am a very happy customer!

Reliable and trustworthy. They have done excellent work on both my brake lines and air conditioning. The work was done on time, done correctly the first time and within the estimated cost. Aaron is very friendly and easy to work with. I plan on using them again - though I hate to think of needing car repairs.

Harris Automotive has great cars....improves your credit...and has a wonderful staff. Not only has my experience been great but I have a few friends who got their cars there and had the same experience. Definitely a place I would refer people too....especially people with less then stellar credit and looking for a reliable car.

Showed up around noon on a thursday afternoon, was welcomed warmly by the staff, and owner upon entering. This was an uneasy step for me being that i always delt with car purchases in cash, and not on finance or a lease, so i didnt know what to expect. the entire team was so helpful, and really made this first experience nice and easy for me. was shown my options, given a test drive, and within a couple hours was able to get back to my day to day. Thanks so much to everyone at Harris! Wont go anywhere else for a used car!

The staff here are awesome, from the front to back office staff, the office manager, the sales people, the mechanics to the owner. They are all wonderful and provide exceptional customer service. I can't thank them enough for everything they did for me and my family. They really work with you and aim to keep the customer satisfied whatever issues or questions or concerns you may have, they get right back to you and make everything right to make sure you are happy. Whatever negative reviews on here must be because the person giving a review was probably nasty or unreasonable, there's no way you can possibly say they wouldn't do anything they can to help the customer out after what I went through with them. Treat others how you want to be treated especially when it comes to wanting to get the best out of customer service. I will be coming back to them. They have great cars at awesome prices especially If you don't have good Credit it's a win win situation..

Bought my car 2009 @34k miles still running @ 138K. Paid it off. Had to put some work in it over the past 2 years but over all they worked with us. Michelle and the staff were always helpful and pleasant to work with. We would definitely recommend or refer customers.

Great experience .very nice sales team I didn't feel pressure to buy anything. The pament are high yes,but we have bad credit and no one else would give us a loan. This gives us way to build our credit score and get a car. Would recommend them to anyone have problems getting a car.
