I had a fantastic experience they were more than fair with the negotiation, charge no dealer fees, provide the car fax report, take the time to explain every piece of paperwork, and provide a 3 month/3000k mile warranty with a private company you can use at your local mechanic which is a real nice piece of mind buying a used truck. It was definitely worth the 40 minute drive to buy my Cadillac, they even messaged me to thank me for my business again after we left.

Very happy that I visited Eastern Auto and my purchase. I traveled almost an hour away and probably had one of the most pleasant experiences in buying a vehicle. Ken is transparent and honest. Vehicle needed a new muffler and they made good on that. Vehicle was exceptionally cleaned, and they completed an oil change and topped off the fluids. The powertrain warranty is nice as well. I traded in my 2018 Mazda 6 for a 2007 Chevy pick up. The first week of driving my truck, it was making loud grinding sounds. I brought it back and they fixed it for no charge! Had a great experience here. Drove 200 miles to look at a car..bought it hassle free and drove it home the same day. I truly expected the car to overheat or an engine light to come on...none of those things happened. He is an honest man in this business of so many trying to scam and sell junk as a previous I experienced a short time before. Ken is a awesome person to do business with!

I resenly purchased a 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500, truck is in great condition to start off. Dealing with the owner Max was very easy, he was upfront and honest with me. I was also given a very fair price on my trade in too. They always picked up on all my phone calls and if Max or Ken were not there they always call back in a timely manner . I purchased my 2015 Nissan versa from Eastern auto exchange last week, and I couldn’t be happier! The whole process was made so easy by the friendly and honest guys in the office. I even went back the next day because the car had an issue and they fixed it immediately while I waited no questions asked. I told them that I was a little nervous about bringing it back cause I’ve heard nightmares about buying a used car and being stuck if it doesn’t work… But they said absolutely we want you to be happy… And I am!!!
