Marc Snyder has been an amazing attorney. Very patient with my long-term disability. First time I have ever been through any thing like this and he is not only patient but encouraging. He also slammed dunked on my case with a win!!! Now we’re onto the second part of my LTD with SSDI and hopefully, the second part will be as good as the first part. I was in a car accident in South Philly in 2021... sitting at a red light when a police cruiser ran the red light, swerved to avoid another car, and then smacked directly into me. I ended up in not-great-condition, lost my vehicle (obviously), and was left feeling horribly damaged. The worst part was that, about a month earlier, I decided to drop my auto insurance policy down to the legal minimum; a decision I made to save money since I had an older car and rarely drove it because I live in the city and work from home. It seemed like a good idea at the time (choose full tort everyone, not limited!). Well, long story short, I was in a bad situation and was trying to deal with the city, insurance companies, Medicare, etc... all just to try to get compensated for the loss of my vehicle, which wasn't even worth very much but had tremendous value to me. I wasn't getting anywhere by myself. While I was had been dealing mostly with Marc, it was Kellyanne that handled my hearing. I have to be honest I was so used to Marc that I wasn't sure how this would go. Marc assured me that Kellyanne would take care of me. He said that clients are so pleased having her represent them at their hearings. Marc was right! Expect to have to call and email numerous times to hear back from them, and expect for them to drop your case at random. There was another client whose review is now missing from here stating that she could never get in touch with them either. I have a life-changing injury, and after having these lawyers (Lance Rosen) for 11 months, my case was randomly dropped and now I have to seek new representation during the hardest event of my life. I don’t believe all these five star reviews for a second .
