During the worst time of my life, Lupe was kind and caring and there was zero high pressure sales tactics. That was my biggest fear--being made to feel like I needed to buy things I didn't want. Even when we went to look at urns, it was obvious to Lupe there wasn't anything that fit. She offered suggestions for less expensive options than would be easier to find a more appropriate urn. Of course, I didn't find cheaper, but I found the perfect one for my husband.

The painful experience was made easier by Riverside.

Amanda & Julie have been exceptional during these time of grievances. Riverside Funeral Home made the whole process so smoothly considering we were coming from out of town & had to come to Albuquerque to take care of all the arrangements. Riverside made that possible! I highly recommend Riverside Funeral Home. They walk you through the entire process & continue to communicate even after everything has been done. They go beyond the norm! Thank you!

Deanna was very kind and sensitive to my situation. Losing a parent is never easy especially when they are states away. Deanna made feel like a member of the family and not just another sale. While my brother was in the hospital last month, I shared with his two adult boys that he was not in good shape and didn't think he would be coming home. I called Riverside Funeral Home and they were very understanding, compassionate and most reasonably priced for what my brother, his boys and myself wanted. Even with them being clear across town they are a very sympathetic group of people and they helped us immensely. I highly recommend Riverside Funeral Home and will use them again when the time arises.

Amanda Stewart, assisted us when we met with her, on 11/27/23, to have our daughter cremated. She was extremely helpful, kind and showed us so much compassion ❤ during our visit. Within 6 days we were able to pick her up and have our Rosary, Mass, and Burial, which had been scheduled for 12/5/23. As family members were leaving out of town on 12/7/23. Thanks again, Amanda her obituary was beautiful with a special background, that you added! Such a great experience.

I would recommend Riverside on San Mateo. They are caring and affordable.
We worked with them for our mom’s cremation and memorial.
Both services were reasonably priced and were handled respectfully.
Lupe Willits was very helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate.

I prepaid for my dad's cremation 2 years ago. I was concerned that there would be additional fees added on top of what I had already paid. I was pleased to find out that wasn't the case. Amanda helped to make the process as smooth as possible.

The funeral home was very professional and thorough when it came to helping my family. The customer service was amazing, specifically the person that helped me through my process, Mrs. Amanda.
