The staff in castle megastore have always been very helpful for me as well as extremely professional and knowledgeable of their products. I’ll always shop at castle megastore for any of my intimate needs when it comes to toys/products and all else when it comes to the physical pleasures to explore in life.

I loved the selection and how helpful the employees were but I feel like maybe there could of been a discount when purchasing more then one product

I hadn't been in there in a long time stopped to check it out they have newer stuff that they didn't have before. It was a good experience nice staff asking if you need help.

The tall man with the awesome mustache helped me out. He was super helpful when I went in to buy lingerie when I didn’t know what size I’d be. He pulled out a size conversation chart which made it so much easier. He was super patient, really likable, and answered all of my questions

Shout out to Andrew and Caleb! My partner and I went in to get some items to try something new and we both weren’t really sure what exactly we were looking for. Andrew made us feel super comfortable on a topic that my partner and I were a little shy about, and then Andrew and Caleb got us the most perfect set up!
