Nice Place to stay, huge building although it's old but they kept it up to look modern. We're so pleased with the staff whose working when we check in. My husband liked to asked the history of that hotel but staff was bit busy and not really nice during our check out. Only thing that wasn't working is the TV
, it was old and we can hardly hear the voice although the volume was at the highest level.

Our room was very clean except under the beds. There were some food crumbs that our pup found. The man working at the front desk was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the nice size pool. The water temp was pleasant. However, we would have liked the pool area to be warmer. Breakfast was mediocre, and the coffee was very weak. The food selection was ok. The ladies working in the breakfast area were attentive and friendly.

Pros: Every staff I interacted with was wonderful, professional and welcoming. This was especially true of Brenda, the individual looking after the breakfast area. She is so helpful and kind. The hotel itself was clean and beautiful. Breakfast was standard continental with hot and cold offerings. We all found something to enjoy. (two adults and three kids.)

Only Con: while the pool was fun and DEFINITELY refreshing after a long drive, it was pretty cloudy and I'm not sure whether local water just does that or if it could have used a better filter...

I've never stayed at this hotel, but I have seen the ways in which it has improved over time. I particularly enjoy going to the former spaghetti western. I find it to be a great atmosphere, and I enjoy the staff that works at that location. They're incredible.

It's a really nice place to stay. Great service from German. Nice lounge. Pretty good spread for breakfast. It was a little hard to find, cause it doesn't say anything anywhere that I could spot about it being a Best Western.
I've stayed here multiple times and will continue to do so.

We were extremely happy to find such a wonderful place to stay for the night! Very clean and a friendly staff! Would recommend it highly to anyone who needs a good night's rest!

Our room was very comfortable. It could use some maintenance in the bathroom, but everything worked. The staff was excellent, especially the staff in the lounge. Go to Sombrero next door for dinner. Delicious!

Great place to stay if you have kids, pets, conferences, or just yourself. Great indoor pool area free coffee 24/7,free breakfast ,and a bar with good food and fun blackjack,pool,and darts

The rooms are clean and the lobby is beautifully decorated and furnished. The breakfast was delicious and very well stocked by Jeremiah

Great experience staying here with a large group on a recent work trip. My room was spacious and comfortable. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The on-site lounge is the perfect place to unwind after a long day - or to stop in for a great meal and good company. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay, always stay at this place when going over beartooth pass and into yellowstone. They are very accomodating and staff is great.

Did not like the fact that my 8 year-old son was unable to step foot in the attached bar/grill to eat.

I stayed at this hotel twice (once in June, once in July) with my daughter and my dog. Hotel was clean, the pool was fun and we enjoyed our stay. Fast forward to my daughter leaving her most important stuffed animal in our room when we left…. The staff was DYNAMITE helping me get the stuffed animal back home to Montana. Super great staff!!

Very clean, we stayed on a Sunday and Monday evening, so very quiet.

Great front desk workers they were very accommodating to my needs went above and beyond to try and get what I needed. Cleanliness and enough toiletries provided I'd been to other hotels around this one and 1 of them didn't have the soaps or shampoos. I'd for sure go there again over any other place pricing was very acceptable for my budget.

These wonderful people made the best of a bad situation. A blown engine stuck us here for 11 days and this crew went over and beyond to accommodate us. Highly recommend for clean rooms, great customer service, good wi fi and beautiful pool. Free breakfast ain’t bad

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, warm pool, tasty breakfast items and a lovely environment. We enjoyed our night here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
