The Smile Center of Columbus

The front desk staff is absolutely amazing and I love this facility so much but unfortunately I'm not thrilled about a few things. My children and I come to this practice all of the time, and we have never had an issue. There's a doctor that we find to be very unsanitary. I just hope you guys keep in mind that Corona, and other viruses can be easily spread from person to person and I didn't like that this doctor was sick and the mask wasn't covering their face the whole time. I'd also suggest that the doctor is more gentle, and friendly. I don't have anything else to say, I give this office 5 stars due to the fact it's not their fault of one doctor's negligence. Besides my concerns, the office is very cleaned, and the staff is super friendly. They are always willing to help, as they care a lot about their patients and I usually never have an issue here.

I love this place! They make you feel very comfortable and welcome. Never half to wait long. Hygienist Tracy is very friendly and caring. Dr. Andrew Maimone seems very skilled! They are very responsive to any issues that arise with your dental care. I like how the treatment rooms have beautiful views of the lake next to the building.

The friendly front desk to the knowledgeable cleanings techs, (especially Tracy!) and the upfront and honest dentists! (Ask for Dr. Iye!) Have had years of awful dentists that have given me extreme anxiety but I can finally say I feel comfortable when I go to the Smile Center. Definitely worth checking out!

I am a very happy client of the smile center! The office I go to in my town have the most kind staff, they are always ready to listen, explain or answer any concerns. The dentist & staff I have worked with have all been very supportive and understanding of my needs. The office is clean, bright, and comfortable.. So in short, I could go on and on saying many complimentary things. Please be assured this in my opinion, that counts the most important part of my review. The office a very welcoming dentist facility, friendly accommodating, they really do have the ability to make you smile during your visits, You will smile when you leave the office and your feeling good about your teeth being in the care of good hands! You will not be unhappy with your choice of the SMILE CENTER..

Dr. Richards is amazing. I have never liked the dentist but she makes me feel at ease. She explains everything in a way I can understand and understands financial concerns. Her Tech Wendy makes her team complete. They always have me laughing and ensure I leave with a smile. The reception desk is always helpful and friendly also.

I had a wonderful experience with resolving a billing issue with Kathy at the Smile Center Columbus office. She was able to research and determine what the issues were with by billing problem. She went over and beyond with her patience and great listening skills to zero in on the issue and worked hard to correct it. She even called me back to update me on the status. I have been reassured that I chose the right dental office with the wonderful dentists and staff that are there. I know now that my dentist office has the whole package. I will be able to relax knowing that as long as Kathy is there, no problem will be too big for her to fix!

I have nothing but love for this place. When covid hit I was forced to find a new dentist as my previous one closed and my mouth requires frequent attention. I could not have landed in better hands. The staff from the front desk back is always delightful and makes me feel welcome at every visit. They have even taken care of smaller things without charging me, and it's never a fight to get an appointment. I spend little time in the waiting room, am always greeted with a smile and positive attitude, and treated more like a friend than a customer. Dr. I specifically has gone above and beyond for me without question at every visit and even taken time to discuss treatment with me over the phone when I had concerns. I could not recommend this practice highly enough, and will not hesitate to suggest anyone go here if it ever comes up in conversation.

P.S. Not to mention the view is relaxing.

I love going here! I recently had my hygienist switched due to personal reasons and the one I had was amazing! I had just gotten braces off and my gums were really sore, so she was very gentle and took her time. She even went as far as to give me an extra mouth wash to help heal my gums, which she didn’t have to do! If you’re looking for a good dentist office, this is the place to go.

My first time having work done at the center. Everyone made me feel so comfortable. I am petrified of the dentist but they put me at ease. It was a great visit.

First time visit at this Columbus location . Prior to my visit. I had multiple conversations with the receptionist Jackie due to change in Insurance. She was very patient and helpful in the process , prior to my scheduled appointment. The front desk staff all were very pleasant. The facility was very clean. Dr Seyed was very thorough in explaining my dental health .
This office could be an example for others to train from! Thank you for a pleasant experience

I have been a patient for years at the Smile center. I have always been happy with their service. The dental service is excellent, and the front office is very accommodating with scheduling. This place is highly recommended.

Always have a wonderful experience! The staff here really go out of their way to make your visit nothing but pleasant. Sounds crazy, but I actually look forward to going to the dentist now, which I never have in the past. Please don’t ever close!!!!

I’m an adult who is afraid of dentists LOL. I had one bad experience and have been afraid since then. I went in for a consultation about some pain I was experiencing and Dr. Richards was so helpful!
I decided to book a cleaning with this office and I’m really glad I did. Chelsea cleaned my teeth today and was so kind! She explained everything to me politely and I didn’t feel judged at all. I highly recommend this place!!

I always have a good experience when I come here. The ladies at the front desk are always extremely friendly and helpful. I feel like my doctor is very caring and patient with all the questions I have. The office is very clean.

Personally I hate going to the dentist but I desperately needed a cleaning + check up so went to The Smile Center for the first time. They were amazing, barely felt anything during the cleaning and they were super nice and walked me through everything. They were also very clean and cautious with COVID. Would highly recommend them!

I had a big billing issue with my benefits company regarding a payment to the Smile Center. Kathie in billing at tsc worked tirelessly to help resolve my problem. Without her help I was doomed.
