John's Rt. 13 Auto Sales

I was very surprised for a tiny used car lot. Some of the reviews here are seemingly terrible, but I haven't had any issues. If anything they went the extra mile. I walked in and told them the specific car I was interested in (2011 Accord). I checked it out and took it for spin. I wasn't pressured and if I had wanted to walk away I could have without an issue. They got me a very reasonable APR for having a bankruptcy. I bought the car 3 weeks ago and so far its been great. I noticed a minor issue with the alignment but I called John, dropped it off, and he took care of it. Overall perfectly satisfied.

John’s Route 13 Auto Sales was one of GREATEST experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. The entire team is AWESOME, VERY professional, courteous, patient and there character and hospitality is nothing I’ve ever seen before. Man I do not even know what more to say but a BIG THANK YOU. I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle from John's Rt 13 Auto. The process was stress free and pleasant. John the sales person and Beth who processed the paperwork were both very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. They have a great selection of vehicles and I was able to find a great used vehicle with low miles and in excellent condition for my teenaged daughter. What a great experience, newly on my own for the first time in my life with poor credit and needed a more dependable car. I couldnt ask for a better group of people to help go through this process that was completely painless.. After leaving the lot we noticed the car was running hot. We called John’s and they sent a flat bed and loaner within a half hour, no questions asked.

I am beyond grateful for their help and appreciate every single thing they did for me. They showed me that good people still do exist in this crazy world. Met with the owner. Picked out a fantastic truck. Went back to pick it up and found another one we liked even better. John and his team made the transition to the next vehicle so easy. We got an unbelievably great price too. This will be the 6th vehicle our family has purchased. My brother has purchased all his vehicles here for he and his kids as well. Why pay the cost of a new vehicle if you can get a great one for so much less! Great staff too!

Friendly, warm staff. As a woman I was happy not to be pushed or shoved to buy any car. They let us test drive as many cars as we desired. They were patient, helpful and kind when dealing with us. They made the whole process easy despite my problems. As this car was a Birthday gift, they put a big red bow on it for me. I am extremely happy and will definitely recommend them. This is by far the best business I have ever dealt with. Talk about honesty and quality care! After I purchased the vehicle I had a number of problems unrelated to the dealership, from shady vehicle inspectors to complications at DMV...John's helped out the entire way several months after purchase. This type of service is unheard of. I wish I could give 10 stars. Absolutely amazing service, friendly and professional. John himself even called me a few times to see how everything was going. They treat you like family.

As a business owner, I was extremely impressed with the staff at John's. It was apparent that everyone played a role in getting me on the road. They helped me find the right lender and secure insurance. They helped me with parts of the process that they really didn't have to. They've certainly earned my business and referrals for the future. If I could give more stars than 5 I would! My life had been turned upside down by a drunk driver and the local used car sales dealers were having too much fun messing with me. I saw John's Rt 13 Auto Sales had a Town & Country, which is what I had and hoping to replace, I called in tears as I had 2 days left on my rental, no car and no local dealer willing to take me seriously. I spoke with Brady and he assured me the car existed and they could help me. I was greeted from everyone with compassion and professionalism. They were the rainbow after my downpour! The car was exactly what I wanted and in 2 hours I had my new to me car! When my husband and I are ready to buy work trucks, they will be the first place we call. I highly recommend.

My father in law was in need of a car. He’s 80 years old and didn’t want to buy something new, so Bill Brady was extremely helpful in finding him a very clean, like new, used Doge Journey. It’s just what my father in law and mother in law needed. Lots of head room, spacious and well maintained. He was excellent in walking them through the process, honest, sincere and attentive to there needs. I highly recommend Johns Route 13 Auto Sales and Bill Brady, if your fortunate enough to get him. I purchased my new truck from John's and was very pleased with the sales team and condition and selection of vehicles they had available. After stepping onto the lot I felt very comfortable with Brady showing me the available trucks in my price range. I then got to meet John who was willing to help me any way possible. Needless to say I purchased my truck from them and have been very happy with my purchase. Tj assisted in the filling out of all the final paper work. After the purchase I felt like the whole team took very good care of me helping me from start to finish.

I've bought 2 cars for my kids at John's. I won't buy anywhere else. They have great vehicles. The guys that work there are friendly and helpful, but never pushy. I have dealt with Carlos and Steve and both are outstanding. The owner, John, always deals with you personally and makes it his goal to make sure you leave satisfies and happy. Nick makes the paperwork quick and smooth. I can't say enough good things about John's. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

let me start by saying that the only reason I know about this place is because back on september 20th my fiancé and I purchased a 2013 Chevy Camaro ZL1, beautiful car! not a scratch or ding/dent anywhere! ran like a dream! unfortunately on October 19th my fiancé passed away. i contacted Tj and asked if he would be interested in buying the car back and I told him what had happen. before we hung up he assured me that they will look out for me, and that they certainly did. when I tell you every person I dealt with there went above and beyond the call of duty to help me because you see, his family wanted the car and they had no knowledge that I was on the title also! Tj even straightened out my man's sister!!!! to sum this all up, I will highly recommend Johns to anyone I know looking for a car.
oh yeah, they took the car back and I was also able to get myself a 2014 Nissan sentra and even though the check tire pressure light already came on (because the tires were low of course) everything is great!!!

They went to the ends of the earth to make sure everything went smoothly. Despite the few obstacles they had to go through the whole car buying experience was amazing! Steven, Adam and TJ were amazing and helped us understanding! Adam stayed in contact with me from the first car i was interested in to the final buy! Steven really just made it fun there and didn’t leave any questioned unanswered. TJ made it possible to understand the financial part of it!
