This place was so cute. I've been to many used bookstores with varied experience, but this one is clean, well organized and has a huge amount of quality older edition books. If you like science fiction and fantasy, this is the place.

Books are very, very well priced (most $1-3) and normally in good condition.

The owners are the sweetest, too. Would absolutely return.

Visited the Book Garden on the perfect rainy day. George, one of the owners, was very helpful and kind. The place is full of treasures if you take the time to look. Lots of fantasy books, especially! Will definitely be returning.

Honestly it's just nice to still see mom and pop used book stores. The inventory for a portion of the shop is pretty dated, but that doesn't mean you can't get some great finds. They even take donations of your old books to help keep the shop going and continue updating their inventory. I hope more people find and use this location because I'd hate for it to go anywhere.

Very pretty store with books of literally all kinds under 10$. Of course since they're used books some weren't in pristine condition but they were all good quality.

Quaint, delightful used book shop. I always find treasures. Great prices. Today I bought 11 books for $34. Can't beat that!!

Great selection, organized and bigger than you would expect from the outside. Friendly and inexpensive too. Worth a visit if you are looking for something specific or just interested in browsing.

Most magical book store. So special and personal. Very friendly place and something for everyone. There's books 100 years old and also recent books. Great place to explore your intellectual interests!

The building is so unassuming from the outside just like a local library, people could miss it if they aren't looking for it. Their stock is just as varied and organized into groups. Readers can easily spend a morning/afternoon looking for purchases. The owners are friendly and helpful.

We love The Book Garden :: it’s a family staple and a must visit for all readers. We truly cherish this establishment and the sentiment of a family run book store. The owners are so kind and keep a very organized and stocked assortment of authors to chose from. Our family has been coming here for many years .
We often donate back gently used books we have purchased so others can also enjoy them. Shop local and support small businesses :) Thank you Book Garden for bringing us so many wonderful memories.

This is my new favorite mom and pop shop. I love books and have heard about this place several times and finally decided to check it out. Best decision. I am going back on Thursday for more!

I don't get down here very often because I live about an hour away, but I love that a used bookstore still exists, somewhat near me. I never fail to leave with an armful of books, and when you can get six or seven hardbounds for around $40, that's a hell of a deal, especially when one or two are Stephen King books.

I’ve been coming here for years. The owners are some of the best people I know, and the selection is something I have never seen the equal of. Sometimes I just walk in there to take it in. There are rare treasures to be found, and fun books from my childhood. Family run establishment, a wonderful experience.

My daughter recently became interested in a discontinued book series which lead us to The Book Garden. I had driven by this location many times throughout the years, but until recently never stopped.

They did not disappoint. We were able to find the books she wanted; plus so much more. We spent 2 hours just browsing and talking with the owner who was manning the counter. I would recommend stopping in, not just limited to readers, they have board games, post cards, vinyl records...lots of interesting things.

It was the summer months and I was really interested in getting some books to read. Naturally, I Googled bookstores near me. This bookstore popped up and was only 8 miles away. I took a family trip there and I was very pleased with what I found! The place is very clean and the (owners?) running the store are very polite and helpful. They have a wide variety of books for everyone (my whole family was able to find something for themselves—even my father who doesn’t like books found some cards he could get and said he was pleased with the packs he opened). I loved the place and I will be coming back and I would recommend this bookstore to anybody looking for some books.
