Lower Bucks Hospital

The first time I ever received a CT scan was years ago. I was very impressed how quickly everything went from when I registered and went to the radiology department, verified who I was. I had a seat and within five minutes someone was coming out calling my name. She was very kind, and very professional I went back to get the CT scan on my abdomen from the time it started to the time it ended was within 15 minutes. I was very impressed. Technology has came a very long way and the equipment that they have is state of the art. I would highly recommend anyone that has to get a CT scan to go to lower Bucks..

LBH Radiology department provided prompt and efficient care. They were able to quickly get me scheduled for an appointment (less than a week out!!). The woman who checked me in (I forget her name) was amazing. She was so sweet and I very much enjoyed her pleasantries at 7:15AM. The lobby/waiting area was relaxing with the piano playing. Almost as soon as I was seated I was called back for my X-ray. The process was lightening fast, I was shocked. I sat back down in the lobby for less than 5 minutes before I was called back for my Ultrasound. Again, a quick and painless process. I was in and out within 30-45 minutes from check in to check out.

I would like to thank all the doctors, nurses and staff that work in the emergency room. My husband Eduardo marquina passed away on April 8, 2024 the day of the eclipse. They tried their best to save his life and were so loving to me. Thank you 🙏 the worst day of my but Jehovah God has given me the strength to get through this. I started to take my mom to Dr. George on the 3fl. She was so wonderful that i changed my primary doctor to Dr. George. My mom also goes to the Cardiologist at Lower Bucks. She's been to the emergency room and have been admitted for overnight stays. We love how friendly the nurses are with my mom as she only speaks Spanish. She tells me they treat her kindly and try their best to communicate with her. I've also experienced 1st hand how kind and friendly all the nurses are at this hospital and the emergency room.

I recently visited Lower Bucks Hospital and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and the attention I received. From the moment I arrived until my discharge, I felt in safe and caring hands.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. The doctors and nurses were attentive, listening carefully to my concerns and providing thorough explanations about my treatment and care. It was evident that they genuinely care about their patients' well-being.
I am grateful to all the staff at Lower Bucks Hospital for their professionalism and empathy.

Chose to go to LBH ER instead of St Marys, which normally would be our go to hospital, and glad we did. It was late at night and not crowded. He was seen immediately and ended up being admitted. Spent a week here and got excellent care. The nurses and doctors were top notch and very responsive to our questions. Thank you LBH!

Anna was AMAZING. She did everything to make me feel comfortable during my imaging. She was very comforting and supportive throughout. Thank you so much!

The staff here are always nice, especially the staff at the Community Health Center and at Radiology. Dr. Rita George is a great PCP who listens to your concerns and lets you take your time discussing. Appointments are always available the next week or two and you can call the front desk with any questions you have. Thank you for your service and being a great primary care facility!

Theresa, Bob, and Jay are the best physical therapists I have ever known! They are so kind and helpful. They always listen so carefully to my concerns. They are near and dear to my heart:)

This is the real deal best Hospital in all the States across the country hands down. My dad came here for almost 3 days staying at the hospital through the Emergency room and he said that all staff members were professionals, friendly and outgoing. Simply the best. I will definitely rate it number #1.

I was able to participate in every single group session to the best of my ability and had a lot of fun playing games with the other patients. And looking back on my overall experience during my inpatient period, I was taught a valuable lesson about what I can and cannot say in public.

Unfortunately I have been here a few different times in the past 5 years. Between myself and my daughters, I've had nothing but great experiences. From MRSA to Kidney infection, cat bite to gallbladder and a few more. Most everyone I've encountered have been polite, caring and attentive. Recently I went to Jefferson Bucks and after 3 hours of waiting with 4 more people in front of me, a steaming hot, small waiting room, I left and went here and was admitted within 45 mins tops. The nurses, doctors, techs and so forth have all been top notch and it does not go unnoticed in my eyes. Don't get me wrong, when I was hospitalized I had a nurse that didn't have the greatest bed side manner (younger male nurse in my experience) but that's not too shabby in all the experiences I've had here. This will be my go to, God forbid, if I have to go somewhere again! Thank you to all the staff I've encountered in my visits here! It's very much appreciated!

Had my Dexa Scan at Lower Bucks Radiology the other day and was very pleased with the service. Tamara at registration was pleasant, friendly and did a terrific job. The tech who did scan was the same way. It was a enjoyable experience all around.

Dr. Kerner is a great doctor!!! He performed an emergency surgery to save my life. He also performed the 3 additional surgeries I needed. With each surgery he went over everything with me regarding the surgery and what to expect. Each time I visited his office post op after surgery, he saw me promptly and answered every question I had and made sure I was okay with his explanation. His staff was awesome as well, Sue was very friendly and professional, she made me feel at ease during my appointments.
I would highly recommend Dr. Kerner as one of the best doctors I ever had!!!

Drove myself from a bad (6 hr wait time in the er) hospital to here while having an asthma attack and 3 Herniated discs. I was seen as soon as I walked in, the facility is clean, and the staff is warm. If I could give better than 5 stars, I would.

I would like to thank Julie in the Cath Lab for being so supportive and caring. And even calling me at home to see how I was doing and making sure that I was okay.
Also, I would like to thank Sue, the nurse on 4 North, for being so caring and supportive and instructing my daughter how to take care of my pressure dressing. Thank GOD for good and caring nurse.
I, also was in the hospital in February on 4 North and received good care from the staff there. Their names escape me but the dayshift nurse has red hair and has been with LBH I believe 30 years. The evening/ nights RN, young and very caring. I appreciate them and thank them all for their service.

Highly recommend. Very positive attitude from the time of first visit to the day of surgery.
I had a recurrent inguinal hernia.
Dr Kerner explained in details what to expect. The surgery went well and so far recovery is going according to the expectation.

From the moment I stepped in the door from the moment I left, I was treated very kindly which helps especially at a time when you're not feeling well. I appreciate the security guard, the women who checked me in & the woman who did my ultrasound. They were all very kind. Thank you so much for lifting my spirits when I not feeling like myself & in pain. It really means alot. May God bless you all!!

I went to the Lower Bucks county hospital after Holly Redeemer hospital . The staff in emergency room was great. The doctor was so professional , so knolaheble. They did all needed testing. Help me with the my issue. Thank you guys so much.

Dr.Choi was a very knowledgable kind,compassionate doc. I wasn't rushed he explained what was wrong & the treatment for it. His office staff was very pleasant & all went smooth. I have worked with many surgeons and I would certainly recommend his services if you need them, he is the go to person.
