My daughters and I have been coming to Crystal Nails since we moved to the area a year ago. The atmosphere is always welcoming and fun. I appreciate that they utilize each technicians strengths while administering services from shaping nails to creating designs to waxing services. They always strive to be flexible with fitting guests in. Today was my favorite experience yet and it didn’t even apply to me. An elderly woman had received a manicure and after she was finished, the technician not only helped her zip her coat and call her husband to ensure he was there, she then escorted the woman out to the vehicle. I’ve never seen such an extra mile taken in any service field. This small gesture has cemented my choice in being a customer at Crystal Nails. Thank you!!

The first time I went to Crystal nails it was to get my wedding day nails and Ti stayed open for me when the were closing early to do my nails.
I’ve been going to Crystal nails for about 7-8 months since and I can’t say enough great things about them. I go about every 2-3 weeks and my nails could probably last 4 weeks, My nails don’t break or chip. I broke one once from rock climbing.
Ti is very detail oriented and make sure my nails are perfect every time. You can show her a photo and she will know what colors to use.
Eliana also does beautiful nail art and an amazing nail tech. Shape, length, color, and design are always perfect. I will never go anywhere else. I’m always obsessed with my nails and always get so many compliments. Thank you for keeping my nails so beautiful!!

Treated myself to a pedi. Kim was very thorough and thoughtful in her work. So much so that I treated myself to a mani, too. Best care I’ve ever had.

I’m simple, just a gel mani and pedi or dip powder for me. Lina provided by far the best pedicure I have EVER received and snapped my hand nails PERFECTLY. Can’t wait to see how they progress the next two weeks, but as of now? I’ll be back!

Crystal nails is the best nail salon in the area! My best friend Carly introduced me and I can confidently say I’ll never go to another place again. I always ask for Mike as he never fails to make my nails perfect💅. Quality and cleanliness is A+++. Try out the extraordinary nail salon, you will not be disappointed.

I have been coming here for about 6 mos. Usually get my nails done in the City because I like nail designs and I find that the salons in the suburbs usually suck at anything beyond a simple French design. But my teenaged daughter recommended this place and they did a decent enough job that I did not need to make the trek into Philly. B.U.T. today I had Lisa, she’s the new tech and she is amazing! First class nail tech. She did my acrylic full set w/ design and I am beyond pleased. I am pretty picky and for the first time ever I relaxed. I highly recommend this salon as they are all good, but if you’re particular about your designs PLEASE do yourself a favor and wait for Lisa!

This is probably premature since this was my first visit to Crystal Nails but I had such a wonderful experience I had to share.

I used to do my own nails, but I’ve been busy and haven’t had time. My wife was going to a place that she loved for years. The environment there and the level of care has changed to a point that she won’t go back. She started to go to a salon in Washington Township and really likes the person that has been doing her nails and he does a beautiful job. She surprised me one day and took me to get mine done. She’s been getting hers dipped and told me how durable it is. My nails are thin and crack really easily so the dip sounded perfect. On my first visit I was really excited because it was a new experience for me. We got there and I started to look through the colors to see what I wanted. The lady came to me to tell me to come back but I had just started to look for what I wanted. She was pretty insistent that I follow her. They don’t speak English so it was hard to communicate. I picked something really quick and followed her to my chair. She seemed to rush through the entire process. When we were done I compared my nails to my wife’s and the finish was night and day. Hers were very clean, smooth and where the dip met the cuticle was tapered down very nicely in front of the cuticle. Mine were rough and the dip went over the cuticle. As my nails started to grow you could see how rough the backs were, plus by week two they started to lift off. My wife goes every three weeks so she told me to try a different person. This time we got there a little early so I had a little time to look at colors. I found a nice medium blue that I liked. We went back and I showed the lady the issues I had from my last visit. She didn’t understand a thing I said. When we were done the finish looked a little better then my first visit but the color was uneven, it almost looked like clouds which was cool if that was what I wanted. I tried to explain what was wrong and got nowhere so we left. They started to crack and lift after a week. I told my wife that the guy that does her nails does beautiful work but I’m not going back. I started to look for places near where I work since it would be easier to stop on my way home. I looked at a lot of places and checked reviews. I always look at the worst reviews to see what problems people had. Every bad review I looked at from many different salons were so similar that they didn’t matter. I just picked one that had decent ratings that was convenient to get to. I picked Crystal Nails mainly because I passed them on my way home and the way that they designed their salon was very welcoming. I had no problem making an appointment. When I walked in, I told the gentleman behind the counter that I was here for my 5pm appointment. He apparently likes to joke around which I liked because I’m a silly person that likes to enjoy life. He sent Yana over to me and she asked me to pick a color. I told her what I wanted and showed her a picture. She went through the colors with me to find something that I liked. We sat down at her station and she went to get the jar of dip. I look at it and the color looked a lot lighter than the sample. She asked the girl next to her and she said that it would get darker as the layers build. While my nails were soaking, Yana took a glue on nail from her bin and proceeded to apply the dip to see how it looked. She went through the whole process to show me the finished product. It was definitely lighter than the sample in the book. She went back to get the book and she helped me pick a new color. I watched as she meticulously went through each step from preparation to application. She did things that the other place didn’t do and they made sense. I am extremely happy with the results and she was very patient, pleasant and friendly. Again, this review is early so I hope her work holds up. I can’t comment on anyone else there but I am looking forward to my next visit with Yana.

I love getting me & my granddaughters nails done and the pedicures are also amazing. Love Dee Dee and Elaina. Mike is wonderful also.

Cant say anything bad about crystal. They are SO friendly, good at what they do, and so responsibly priced. All employees know exactly what they are doing and make the appointment fun and exciting. I got my nails, toes, and eyebrows all for a very fair price with great service. The most I had to wait was 5 minutes which is rare and they usually take me back right away. They are so many colors to choose from and are great at doing designing. I HIGHLY recommend for anything especially proms, dances, and events. Mike and his staff are great and so funny. You won’t miss out!!!

Got a full set with almond shape and I’m so HAPPY with them!! T was so patient and nice when I was very indecisive! She nailed the shape and DID NOT paint on my skin like other salons! The lady who did my toes gave a great massage and painted my toes PERFECT!!! The shop was also super clean.

Elina is such a great nail technician, shes clean with her instruments, she can designs your nail the way you want. My nails have grown healthier thanks to her. Overall Crystal Nail is a great nail salon with good prices for all kinds of nail services

Just left the salon after an awesome pedicure and gel refill!!! I have been a client at Crystal Nails for three years. I have always enjoyed the services provided Mike, Tea and the entire staff in a welcoming and professional manner who are very conscientious of their clients needs!! The shop is always very clean and bright with the menu of their services clearly posted at the check in desk, conveniently located in the Eagle Plaza near my home in Voorhees. It is wonderful to experience exceptional customer service which is why I continue to visit on a regular basis!!! Looking forward to my next appointment!!
