Philadelphia Parking Authority Impound Lot #6

Straight scumbags, the whole PPA system is shady. Towed my car as I was paying tickets then charged me another $150 for the tow. Dirt bags.

It's never no fun when u gotta go there but they were pleasant and got my car right off the lot immediately for me soon as the paperwork went thru

I worked in all parts of Philly since the 70's. Without A Doubt, the PPA is The Only department in Philly that is CONSISTENTLY INCREDIBLY EFFICIENT. You will get a parking ticket 1 MINUTE after the meter expires. They're That Good!!

Take My Advice...
ALWAYS pay a ticket IMMEDIATELY. The initial cost SKYROCKETS quickly past the Due Date.

After you park...Get out of your vehicle and WALK THE BLOCK! Read ALL SIGNS! The 5 Minutes It Takes To Walk The Block To Read The Street Signs Could Save You Hundreds Of Dollars...AND A POSSIBLE 2 PM TOW.

at 2/3 PM Weekdays. Once Again, the PPA Tow Trucks Can Tow An Entire Street IN MINUTES.

All Philly Departments Should Work As Efficiently As The PPA.

Okay, so, yeah. No one actually wants to be here. Let's get that out of the way. That said, I was surprised how helpful everyone was. They definitely tried to help anyway they can when it came to documents or finding your car. Definitely more "fun" than visiting the South Philly lot.

Great staff. Knows what they're doing and are kind. I don’t understand all the haters. From my experience getting my stuff out of my once recovered stolen car, I find this place run professionally.

Great work! Met all accomodations. Only complaint is when I handed in my ID with paperwork I never received it back. I called the lot soon as I realized I didn't have it and they mailed it right away.
