Liberty II Diner Aksaray LLC

Had late lunch/breakfast with family and loved this off beat place.
We ordered eggplant parm, chicken parm, omelette, chicken wrap.
Food was good, server was very nice and sweet!

Have to check out this cream of crab soup and the coffee, AWSOME!!!!
the service was perfect, and Cheryl made our first ( but not last). Visit there a wonderful time. You HAVE to go visit this diner, and you will not be sorry.

Not much to look at from the outside because there's a motel next door. DON'T let that stop you!!!
Friendly staff greet you. Wonderful waitresses take care of you. Food is very tasty at reasonable prices. Filling portions.
If you're gluten-free, you're allowed to bring your own bread, and they'll toast it for you. Old fashioned diner feel but inviting and clean. Worth the drive. Sorry, we all dug in before I could take any pictures.

Hello family On my way home from New York fashion week I stopped at this little diner liberty II And found myself surrounded by fans Thank you liberty too for your service wonderful staff Is an awesome food

Met a friend there for dinner. He had the lasagna and I had the lamb gyro. The service was excellent and they brought us a piece of cake to celebrate our bday on the house. If that wasn't enough, my mother asked if they had any bread pudding so I could order it to go. As I was leaving they packaged the bread pudding and when my mother asked how much it was, he told us it was on the house!
Definitely try this place out if you're in the area. It's hard to find friendly and attentive service these days.

Food was great and super fast service

Was in between clients and decided to get something to eat I have rode past this place several times so I decided to stop The service was wonderful The coffee hot and strong, the food was GREAT!!! Generous portions and affordable prices. I had coffee, bacon, eggs and home fries along with a bowl of grits. The service people and the other customers were very friendly I had a few conversations talking with the customers at the table across from me, the table behind me and the table beside me. A nice family atmosphere. Next time I have a client out that way I will surely be stopping again. Oh yeah in the bathrooms are very clean.

Updated for 2021: spacious layout, and the prices are like being back in 1981. It’s the best deal and quality out of all the numerous diners in this area. Plus the owner is very warm and gracious and our favorite grandma server is so lovely to our kids (hint: fantastic kid specials here too). Visit this place!

Low key in a good way, solid set of specials beyond breakfast. Breakfast fare is particularly great. Love their Florentine omelet with layers of fresh spinach and big chunks of good feta.

Very nice diner close to 295 and Rt 130. Under new ownership. Had a great breakfast of pancakes, sausage and eggs. Did not like the link sausage which was a bit sweet but everything else was great with a very nice gentleman server. One no vote for the coffee which is one thing they could improve

Maggie offered prompt courteous service. The scrapple was sizzling hot and delicious.

Nice quiet place. Room for tractor trailer in the back.. Great breakfast.

Oi vei! This place is as vibrant as Jerusalem on Hanukkah! The vibe here is so phenomenal that all the villagers I had brought in collapsed at first sight. After we ordered the couscous, it arrived within minutes! Our waitress, Ethel, was the best! She was like an old helpful babushka in the markets of Tel Aviv. Definitely recommended for anyone; especially Hasidics like me.

The Cabbage on Wednesday Afternoon (after 3pm) is the Best I have Tasted!

So me and my boyfriend set out to eat there yesterday before we went major food shopping didn't want to go hungry. We live local and I have never been there yet. We came in the place was spotless and very quiet. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The food came out fast and hot and it was absolutely delicious!!! He ordered the disco fries and the French onion soup. I had beef barley too start awesome. Then he ordered the chicken ranch entree salad and I ordered the lamb gyro!!! Very very good definitely going back again!!!

By far the cheapest diner around. The food is good and for the price it can't be beat.

We have not eaten at Liberty Diner for a year. We moved to Tennessee. We stopped back for breakfast when we were visiting family. It is under new ownership. The owner greeted us at the door and introduced himself. We sat down at our table and the waitress promptly greeted us. She was very pleasant and efficient. She took our order and 10 minutes she brought the meal. It is very pleasant and clean. We will stop there again when we get back this way. They have specials for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Good food and good service. Portions are great for the reasonable prices. This is a must go for when you just don't feel like cooking and cleaning up. And you will most likely end up with a take out box.

Stopped for late lunch after a very long day at Renfair. The menu is extensive and all of us had something different. The petitions dinners are great, ton of food , soup to dessert for a smaller price. A lot of homemade items that are great. But the best thing about this diner is the service. Our waitress was the best I have ever had, which is amazing because I'm 60, former waitress and she was relatively young. We had a table of 9, ages 5 to 60 and everyone was happy. That never happens. My only issue is that I'm upset with myself for not remembering her name.
Do yourself a favor and eat at this diner, you won't be disappointed.

Liberty II Diner has yet again proven themselves worthy as an incredible diner with a good dining experience..... waitresses are very friendly and familiar with the regulars, never failing to make their customers feel welcome. the new young hostess is a great asset to the diner.... nice to see fresh young faces.... she is very polite, always has a positive attitude, gets her job done. She is new but is already familiar and connecting with the regulars that love her. i have never heard her talk bad about others or the diner, all good things. Overall Liberty is a highly recommended cozy diner in the area......
