I had a very helpful and pleasant experience at the Burlington Verizon store. I had just inherited a new phone and had problems connecting to the network after transferring data from my old phone. Spent an hour and a half with tech support and finally decided to go to the store for a real face to face experience. I was greeted by Kim who was so kind and pleasant. Very knowledgeable and solved my issue very quickly. She knew exactly what to do after listening to me and looking at my phone and account. It was SIM card related but she solved it quickly. Very polite and considerate. Troy also helped during my experience as well. Kim- thanks for your kindness and help. Highly recommend this location!!!!

I had a very difficult phone processing and data transfer circumstances that had completely rendered my brand new phone unusable.
The Verizon rep had to perform a number of in house system reset and data transfer functions as well as get assistance from their own outside and higher authorized personnel to ultimately get the new phone to initiate and Fully perform all of the new phone data transfer functions.
The technical help I received was thorough and expertly handled very effectively by the quite confident tech6 & sales representative.
It took time and considerable effort, and I felt entirely confident as well that the stores representative was in complete con and would ultimately get my difficult problem resolved.
He did exactly that, and I could not have been more satisfied with the time, confidence, and patience the representative showed toward me and throughout my visit - start to finish. A+ Customer Service.

Excellent customer service throughout the store.! I locked myself out of my old phone and was forced to purchase a new phone.Rico helped me,it took hours and two days for him to finally get my number transferred over to Verizon.I appreciate his patience and his good natured personality.There was a tall woman who assisted him.Thats how complicated it was.Thank you!

Was having issues with my iPhone and I was able to diagnose it as a bad SIM
card. I went to the Verizon store in Burlington Township and I was helped by a young man I believe his name was Troy. He helped us immediately as soon as we walked in the door. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He replaced the SIM card no questions asked. Problem was solved and we were out of there in 20 minutes. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

I was really Impressed how beautiful this store was and How Friendly The Employees were.

Service here is excellent. They do know their business. Any questions, or info you need, they have an answer. Phones tend to be expensive but watch for their sale promotions, you'll do better. Ww ordered a new phone for my daughter and they said delivery about 2/16/24, but it came 1/30/24.

Needed real help via the phone (currently in the military and far away) and my local/hometown store was still awesome. They answered my questions to the best of their ability and were professional and knowledgeable. I’m very grateful for the gentleman that helped me! Five stars for excellent service.

Christine was fabulous! My switch from AT&T was seamless! I was finished in no time! Even Joe the manager and Victor who is a regional manager assisted. Very professional operation!

I purchased a apple 13 pro max for my Thirteen year old with the help of one of your sales associates named Megan. She was absolutely professional, courteous and most of all patient with me. I truly appreciated the time she spent on getting me to the finish line with my purchase.

This is a great place to pay your FiOS bill. I stop by here on the way home from work and pay the FIOS bill with a couple of keystrokes on the kiosk. Walk in and it’s on the left towards the back of the store.

Recently upgraded from S10E to S23. Adrian was VERY helpful, patiently explaining my phone's features and answering my questions. I will return to this store for my Verizon needs

Visited this store the other day to look for a case for my note 8. I am glad I went in here because I took advantage of their bundle deal they were having. I obtained a case, screen protector, and another screen protector only because they didn't have any more of the portable chargers. The guy Dalton i think his name was that helped me did a great job putting my screen protector on without any problem with my screen responsiveness and explained thoroughly how the bundle worked. I thought he was joking at first but the lovely manager girl confirmed it was legit and I was a happy camper. This is why I have verizon and I was very satisfied.

To those who have a hard time with coming in here because of long waits, just be patient. They have a job to do and they need to attend those who are there before you first. They did a good job with me and I'm pretty sure they will do the same for you. all corporate stores are like this. Thank you!

Visited the store last week and the sales assistant Raphi was excellent and knowledgeable. Hope I didn't butcher the spelling of his name but he's an asset to the Company.

Ashely was very friendly and informative. We spent over an hour with her, and she answered alllll of our questions. Helped us get a screen fixed and new devices, while answering questions about other devices. Phone and watches were discussed.

Very helpful staff. Stopped in 15 minutes before closing and was greeted happily and helped with my issue with no complaints or the feeling of being rushed.

CC was great to deal with. She help us with everything even all the transfer of info which maybe easy for most but not us. Thank you CC.
