Besides offering strong insurance at a great price, what I really love about this place is if you call you immediately speak to a human. A human listens to you and makes decisions and helps you immediately. I like dealing with humans they are my favorite people.

From my personal experience I would highly recommend the Braddock Agency specifically Kellie Decker, my agent. She returns calls and gets the answers. She got me an homeowners Insurance policy that I wanted that included specific coverage the other agencies couldn’t get me at a reasonable cost. She’ll shop the best price for you.

Drew Balkenhol’s customer service was phenomenal. He was extremely attentive and helpful. Not only did he remind me about my upcoming policy renewal date, but he found a lower rate for my car insurance! Even when I felt like I was being “that” customer — if you ever worked in the service industry, you know exactly what I mean — he assured me that I was no trouble at all. I felt like I was talking to a friend! I told him that if I had social media, I’d be writing a 5-star (or higher) review on every platform!
