These teams are incredible and work very hard to make people feel welcome, safe, and taken care of.

Very clean hospital and surprisingly the wait was not long before I received services. The staff is friendly and they care about their patients. No complaints at all. A-1 service.

The staff is amazing and they make me feel like family. Dr. Fu is intelligent and I love Sherry at the Triage. Sanniyyah at registration is a so nice! The nurses are great and they really take care of you! I highly recommend this hospital!

Well being a patient there at Torresdale Divison Knights & Red Lion Road in 2022. It was nightmare especially on the 4th floor. Some of the staff was pleasant. The other were very Lazy and uncaring. Miserable 10 days.

This hospital gets a bad rap because of it's surrounding neighborhood... But I've honestly never had a bad experience here. Especially last night! I brought my 80 year old mother here at like 6am, the waiting room had about 8 people waiting, but due to my mom's condition she was thankfully taken back immediately. The entire staff was kind, knowledgeable, caring and did everything expeditiously starting with the front desk, the triage nurses, the er room nurses along with Dr. Jessica V and Dr. John M. After some testing they quickly put together the perfect treatment plan to ensure my mother's recovery and health. I can't say enough positive things about the hospitals staff and treatment of my mom. So thank you all greatly and I definitely recommend going to Jefferson Frankford if you need urgent medical attention and care.

My Mother was stuck in the hospital for the past 3 days... and we couldn't be happier with her experience! Every employee went above and beyond to make her stay comfortable and kept me updated every step of the way. Dr. Zanotti was extremely knowledgeable, kind and had an amazing bedside manner. Kelly was absolutely amazing! I felt like I've know her for years. Nurse Amanda and Ashley were fantastic. So thank you to to everyone that helped my mother and had something to do with adding to her successful stay. Nothing but respect and love to the whole Jefferson team <3

Slip on ice broke my ankle and came here awesome staff kept me in good spirits doctors gave me great alternatives to get my ankle to get my ankle fixed thank so much

Wonderful experience! From the moment I walked into the hospital I was greeted by security he was cool. The beautiful women at the front desk were awesome and very pleasant! Service with a smile is an understatement. Once in ultrasound portion I was told that my appointment was the next day. WoW! My mistake, but they were more than accommodating. I forgot the beautiful lady's name but she was stellar. She told me that she could squeeze me in if I didn't mind waiting. Wasn't really a wait at all! The ultrasound tech....Awesome!! My entire experience at this hospital was Perfect! God Bless Them!!!

Went in after having extreme back and abdominal pain & throwing up so bad I was peeing myself. Waited at jeans for 4 hours to be seen came here and I was back in less than 30 mins. Staff were super friendly and actually cared about my well being. Definitely would recommend.

I came here Monday through the emergency room in extreme pain. The staff in the emergency room treated me great and worked as fast as they could with the amount of people they had there already. I was admitted as quick as possible Monday, and was in a room the same day (only a few hours after I walked in the ER). The doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, even housekeeping were amazingly friendly and caring!!! The staff at this hospital did the testing they need to do to ensure the right procedures were done.
I went to University of Penn in extreme pain about a month ago. University of Penn was my go to hospital. I had all 4 of my children there. I felt that I was treated horribly there. They took a urine test and that was it. I was discharged still in pain and they did nothing about it during my visit there to see why.
I must say I will be coming to this hospital for any of my medical needs instead of University of Pennsylvania.

I was in the Emergency Room July 3rd. I was so sick going in. One of the nice nurses in the ER seen me shivering cold, she bent the rules a little a brought me a blanket and wrapped it around me. Then, while I was being seen all the nurses and doctors were amazingly, nice, and kind. I felt so much better after a few hours there and some antibiotics! Thank you all for what you do for people! 🤗🤗🤗🤗

They have treated my Fiance's twice for Emergencies that became stays. They were very nice and treated my fiance very well and with dignity. He is uninsured and they were very gracious helping him be covered . I can't thank the staff enough for being so kind.

Been on ER with my husband and son 3 times this year. Service was great! We were in and out all three times in 2-3 hours, never waited more than 30 min in the waiting area. Very good service. ER rooms could use a fresher coat of paint but service is really great. Very happy. Thanks so much

My first time at this hospital which was 2 miles away from me. I went in for “laceration care”, even fainted in the hospital before seeing the doc. (Everyone please be careful hand washing a wine glass.) And every single staff member including the first staff member who checked me in was very professional. I’ve seen about 8/9 nurses n also Doctor Lee and they all had made my experience feel very relaxed. They were all genuinely nice which gave off a very comforting feeling. Having anxiety but everyones tone n comforting words helped me out tremendously and I wasn’t worried too much and felt confident I was in good hands.

I had a great experience at Aria, Frankford. My stepson was brought in for evaluation. The triage nurse took his case very serious and got him to the back promptly. The rest of the staff were fantastic. I know it is a busy hospital and a code came in, but they still gave him great care. To the Doctors and all the way too the admission clerk. Everyone was caring and professional.

So I was severely dehydrated and I came and only had to wait about 10-20 min (guess it was a slow day) and the staff were super nice and reassuring and I guess the place is starting to improve from a few years ago. I'd recommend coming here for things like that although it's probably different on each floor so really your experience is dependent on the doctor you get.

I give the Er staff a lot of credit with what they deal with on a daily bases clientele not the most polite people. I had an excellent experience from triage to imaging in radiology to treatment nurses and Drs kept me informed when delays happened because of more urgent cases(stabbing/gunshots) Thank you for great care.

Went into Jefferson Frankford for an appt for outpatient imaging. Security at the front door were courteous and friendly. Registration went smoothly and the woman who helped me walked me through everything. Imaging tech was fantastic. Unbeknownst to the staff, I am a physician at Jefferson in Bucks County and care for patients and it made me very happy to see how warm the staff was. I hope that is the patient experience here at Jefferson Frankford. They put the patient first and that’s the way it should be. Good job!

Yesterday I got here in excruciating pain. From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted by the sweetest woman at registration, the woman who took me back into triage was so kind. After being taken back into a room I was assigned the best nurse I ever came across in a hospital. And I mean that even after having two children in hospitals !! Nurse Casey!! He literally made me laugh right through the pain and catered to my every need and answered every single of my questions. After being admitted I was now Handed over to an older gentleman, who I can't remember his name. As hard as it is to be away from my family and young children , being taken care of the way I have been here at Aria has made it that much easier ❤ You guys are all amazing. thank you !
