I was at Radiology on October 27th for mammogram at the girl at the desk and also the girl who performed the mammogram were so nice. I appreciate the kindness the showed to me. I was also there for follow up on November 15th and a girl named Val did my mammogram I wanted to thank them because I'm sure people post complaints but most don't take time to thank the ones that need to know the job they do is appreciatrd

I want to thank all your staff. I took my mom in to your ER at 1 am after being at another hospital that I waited for 8 hours and was not seen. Your hospital took my mom right in and listen to me that something was wrong and that it could be a UTI and with my mom being 98 years old it was affecting her daily life. I know it was 1 am but got very fast service. Thank you so much! 10 starts. Yes it was a UTI.

My mother has struggled with bipolar my whole life and in recent years she has had health issues. Those who have spent countless hours in one hospital or other I'm sure would agree that a shocking amount of doctors and nurses can be ignorant, rude, and unprofessional. That was NOT my experience here. My mother came into ER with chest pain and was in a fairly aggressive manic state. They were kind, patient, and treated her like a human being and not like some alien. The doctor Anthony Pak was incredibly! I regret not getting the names of the two female nurses because they were amazing as well. These hospital trips are hard enough on loved ones, I wish they were all at least like this one

I have been using their outpatient pharmacy for my prescription since both CVS and Rite Aid went into a shortage. Vanessa, the manager, is AMAZING. She is honest, friendly and somehow manages to get me my meds ordered when no other big box pharmacy can. Nazareth is great and they really care about their patients.

Today I went to the emergency room with kidney and throat pain... I felt so, so humiliated. The worst treatment of my life was that... I cried so much in that hospital because of the way they treated me, I felt so humiliated and useless... they left me there outside the room in the corridor they did not want to enter a room I felt so discriminated against for not having health insurance I swear that that was the worst day of my life they did not give me any antibiotic for the pain even they saw how I arrived There that day they only gave me a prescription to eat my antibiotics and they already wanted me to go home.. but I swear that I will never go back to that place and nobody recommends it.. absolutely no one go there if they do not have medical insurance they treat you different.. my husband came and told him that because they treated me like that, how badly that person who works there made me feel bad

I wanted to take the time to thank the ER for all they do. Despite the negative reviews on here, my father was treated with nothing but the utmost respect in the ER. The techs were super helpful , my dads nurse (Erika) kept us informed and up to date on his plan of care, and the doctor (Wilhoite) was empathic and knowledgeable. I can’t thank everyone enough for all their help. Thank you

We had some trepidation about bringing our son to Nazareth for an Endoscopy with so much negative criticism given to Nazareth. All I can say is the nursing staff in the Surgical Short Procedure/ Anesthesia/Recovery unit were absolutely fantastic. I also want to thank Dr. Greico for his patience when putting in our son's I.V. line. They treated our son with so much kindness and a caring demeanor. All our fears were put to rest immediately, and our concerns/questions were addressed thoroughly. As 'Special Needs' parents it can be very challenging to find the appropriate care for our son. I cannot comment on any other dept/area of Nazareth, since our only interaction has been with the Endoscopy related area. Last but not least we are so thankful to Dr Codella who performed the procedure. In less than 24 hours our son is back to his normal self again as if nothing was ever done.

I recently brought my 7 year old daughter in to the ER because she had a very bad cut and needed stitches. All of the staff members were caring and accommodating and took very good care of my daughter. When we arrived we were immediately escorted to triage then back to room even though there were about 20 people in the waiting room. They made her a priority and we really appreciated that. The nurse or doctor (sorry not sure which) who did the stitches was very gentle and did her best to keep my daughter calm. I've visited this ER three times in the 10 years I've lived in the neighborhood and have always had a positive experience.

Good Hospital, Good Doctors, Good Nurses. I walked in the other night, and I was dead on my feet. I wouldn't wish what I was feeling on anyone. In fact, when the Doctors discovered the Pneumonia in me that almost cost me my life, and they saw how terrible my lungs were, because of that thing, I think they even questioned, how exactly was I able to walk through those doors to check myself in? Because they used a wheelchair to move me around the Hospital the rest of the way. That's how bad they knew it was. They set a room for me on the 3rd floor, they took good care of me from the beginning, and they didn't let me go until they knew I was healthy enough. The treatment was good, The service was good, They were all good to me in this Hospital, and I will forever feel in debt with them.

I want to thank a nurse, Miss Kim P. She saw that I was having a hard time walking with crutches. She said, "Let me help you." I said, "ok, thanks. She didn't just drop me off right out front of the hospital; instead, she pushed me all the way to my car. I said. Good bless you for helping me! She was an angel to do that for me. I hope everyone sees this and gives her a thumbs up👍or like this comment! We need more people in this world like her!! Thank you

I’ve honestly had issues w this hospital before but five stars because tonight the nurse on duty in the ER who helped me was an absolute angel. She made me feel super comfortable, went above & beyond to make that happen for me in such a stressful time. She was super sweet, caring & really has a genuine heart. Please pay that woman one million dollars because she really deserves it. Thank you Erica! You are so amazing!!!

I’ve never had a bad experience with Nazareth I’m always in and out the ER doctors always listen to all my concerns. The Mammogram girls were nice too . I’ve taken my kids here too for small emergencies and they were great. Keep up the good work Nazareth!

NOTE: I was only there for one service so the 5-star rating is for that only. I cannot rate the hospital in general.

I had my COVID-19 test here. You must schedule it ahead of time so no "walk ins" but they have appointments available the same day sometimes. It's as easy as it gets. Drive up to a tent and they do it while you're in your car. I was there and out in 5 minutes.

I had to do this review because before I went here I read the reviews and hace to admit I didn't even want to go. The only reason I did was because my doctor works here. But to my surprise everything was unexpected. From the moment I walked thru the ER doors everyone was very polite and friendly. I felt welcomed and was treated with respect and understanding by nurses and doctors. Ended up getting admitted and having a procedure done and I can't complain about nothing! Nurses were very understanding of the pain I was in and did everything they could so I could be comfortable. I'm not a needy patient but this time I had to press the nurse button a couple times and not one time I got an attitude. All my nurses were on tipoff my treatment to help me be hace the least pain possible and did what they had to do and more to help me. Unfortunately I don't have all the nurses names but there's one her name is Leela Alexander, thank you for being so understanding and doing everything you could so I could be in less pain. been going thru this for over 2yrs and this is the first time I feel like I've been treated with dignity, respect and understanding. Thank you very much and if I ever happen to go back I know I can go worry free. Amazing service and care and if course to my doctors thank you thank you for everything you guys did to help me.
