The staff at this practice are all friendly and professional. The front desk is very helpful in explaining charges and insurance coverage. Dr. Farid is warm and excellent at discussing needed procedures and options.
Rhonda is the best!

I am a chicken way before the egg of dentist and needles. But Rhonda the hygienist did a local and I hardly felt the needles. Wow!!! And the office is so nice and helpful. You guys rock. And Alisha thank you for caring

I went here for the first time today. EXTREMELY friendly, courteous and patient service all around.... from Alicia at front desk, Rhonda the hygienist and Doctor Farid. I felt very welcome and was treated without feeling the least bit hurried. Let's face it, going to the dentist is never fun--but this office made it as pleasant as it could possibly be.

Hands down, THEE BEST staff ever!!! I can't say enough wonderful things about them! Everyone is so friendly and caring. Shannon really does a wonderful job with every step of any dental work I have had done. She is a perfectionist in her trade and her work shows it! I am so pleased with the results!! Also, after Rhonda cleans my teeth...WOW! They look and feel amazing! Alicia is always so helpful with scheduling appointments for my family - and any rescheduling and billing questions that I might have. Let's not forget Dr. Farid...he really goes the extra mile to make sure that everything is done correctly and to your satisfaction. He truly cares about his patients.

As much as I hate going to the Dentist, I always have a great experience in this office. All of the staff from the doctor down to the front desk receptionist are very friendly and outgoing. So glad I found this office.

Dr. Farid took great care of me today, definitely made me feel at ease, even with my dental situation. The office has done an awesome job in general. Front desk is always responsive, always in good spirits, highly recommended for families with the kid friendly atmosphere.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. So kind and informative. Cleanings are never comfortable but you can feel the effort in gentleness, taking the time to fully evaluate the patient, answer any questions and provide new techniques and education when needed. Each evaluation is explained and I am told what and why its happening before and during. From entering to leaving it is always a warm welcome and friendly. Really the best dentist office I’ve been to yet.

Just received my checkup and cleaning and I am very impressed with all of the staff from the front desk, to Rhonda the hygienist, and Dr. Carly. Very thorough exam and cleaning while always communicating to me what they were seeing. Could not recommend this office more! Thank you for making the normally unpleasant visit to the dentist a very comforting experience.

Everyone at this place is awesome. My family has always had a positive experience. Today, I had a root canal and it was as good as a root canal can be.

My daughter who is 17 dislikes going to the dentist. Wow did we find our place. From start to finish the best. The front desk assistant was amazing and nice. The hygienist was so nice and gentle but yet cleaned her teeth amazing. Then the doctor. It might have helped that she has red hair like my daughter so they totally got each other and she was so confronting to my daughter with explaining options for her front tooth. I was so happy I wanted to cry by the end.

This is a beyond 10 star. It is very hard to find an office that is completely 5 star. They nailed it.

I have a rational fear of dentists. Meaning I have had a lot of mishaps at the dentist office. My anxiety goes through the roof and manifests it’s self in digestive and bladder control issues. Saying that Dr Jasmin put me right at ease. Instead of drilling and filling as soon as she thought I was numb enough she slowly drilled and tested the waters so to speak. The three shots she gave were almost painless. Scale of 1-10….1/2. Great bedside manner and skills. I was there for a crown on a live tooth and after the cap. Was placed was perfect without an adjustment. The tech who assisted was great too! I can’t remember her name but has been with the practice for 6 years. A great experience all around.

Loved this place! Just moved to the area and I haven't seen a dentist in years. Rhonda was amazing with the x-rays and cleaning and she was so gentle and communicative. The dentist was also great and really communicative and knowledgeable. I will definitely return and will recommend this office to others!

The entire staff were so kind! I was even welcome into the room 5 minutes BEFORE my scheduled time which was a first, and they had me schedule my 6 month appointment before I even left the chair. So pleasant and efficient!

Everyone was very kind and welcoming. They were very thorough and careful with my exam and cleaning. Took time to answer questions and explain things. Will definitely be coming back (though hopefully no more than twice a year) and highly recommend!

Our two year old, Ollie, had his first dentist appointment here. Everyone was lovely and welcoming, even though he was shy :) He took a tour, sat in the chair and met everyone (even the mailman!) Looking forward to bringing him back in six months!

Collingswood Family Smiles is so friendly! I used to be petrified of going to the dentist due a lot of dental problems. They never make you feel embarrassed or ashamed of anything you have, they just want you to be healthy! It’s so much less stressful going there when I know I’m going to be treat like family!

The hygienist was more thorough than any I have had previously in any office. The staff is professional and made sure I understood everything completely.

In an emergency situation they were all there for me. From the front desk to the back. Staff was compassionate and accommodating.

I simply love the dental hygienist, Rhonda. She got me back in after skipping cleanings for years. Trauma sensitive and very kind. I’ve had only good visits :-)
