Dr. Gray is an excellent doctor! He is knowledgeable, concerned, caring and attentive. His front desk assistants and medical staff are super friendly and kind. There are not enough words to thank Dr. Gray and the office staff for my positive experience with UFE procedure.

I give this place ten stars! The staff and the Dr. Gray was the most comforting and caring place. The staff made my procedure safe and very comfortable. Very informative Step by step. Michelle and Sharon went above and beyond. Michelle thank you for giving me the best care during my visit. Sharon thank you for all you did for me. Quiana, thank you for being very welcoming and fun. I was comfortable and felt very much cared for by the staff and Dr Gray.

Whenever having a procedure, you have so many questions and concerns. I went in to this facility with both, however, I must say the staff has proved to be informative, impeccable care and delightful bedside manner. Dr. Gray, Mike, Ashley & Michelle were absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for giving me such wonderful care.

I live in NC where several Azura Vascular exists. None of them however could squeeze me in to widen my dialysis graft so that I could get dialysis. In desperation, I called the Azura Vascular Access Care on Bustleton Avenue in Philadelphia. To my surprise, they offered an appointment for that same day. Unfortunately, I was 8 hours away. They were quick to rescheduled me for the following afternoon to give me time to fly or drive down to Philly. I was so grateful to them for accommodating me since I was facing a two week wait in NC. Thank you. Every dialysis patient, doctor, lay, or professional person should know about this business. They are best. North Carolina vascular access service should learn a thing or two patient care from the Bustleton Avenue Azura Access Center in Philadelphia, PA.

The care I received at Azura was excellent. Dr. Gray is patient and thorough. He made sure my husband and I understood the procedure in its entirety. He is awesome and so are the nurses and the receptionist.

The doctors and nurses in the front desk staff treated me very well that want to give a shout out to all and the procedure went well I thought I was getting it done at a hospital but it wasn't this place was real nice clean and professional I will go back or recommend it to people and they have a van service they will pick you up and take you back home if you need it

Update: Even though Dr. Gray did not believe the symptoms I felt I was believed by the doctors at Johns Hopkins and was rushed to emergency surgery on my fistula, due to it rupturing. I cannot express this next statement enough, ALWAYS TRUST YOUR BODY, YOU KNOW YOUR BODY BETTER THAN ANY DOCTOR!!! My fistula was saved and not once did I need a catheter.

First-time visit to this location. I have been an Azura patient since 2021, after receiving my fistula and having received maintenance from Azura staff at least 6 times at different locations. The nursing and administrative staff are WONDERFUL, AWESOME ladies, whom shine as the true stars of this facility.
Unfortunately, I did not have a chance to meet the medical director, Dr. Saleet, however, I did have the unfortunate experience of meeting Dr. Gray. As a result of this encounter, I hope to the Lord, I will NEVER, EVER return to this location.
Dr. Gray may have the knowledge base and skillset in the vascular arena, however, his bedside manner is HORRIBLE. After voicing my legitimate concerns regarding my serious medical condition, Dr. Gray began to talk down to me, told me he had 30 years of experience and was a subject-matter expert, all while he was walking away as I was trying to explain my situation.
Not once did Dr. Gray take my concerns into serious consideration, or even empathize, only that he did not know why I was experiencing continued symptoms. He was rude, arrogant, self-seeking and should retire, ASAP.
Dr. Gray needs to know professionalism still counts, and he should treat everyone with respect and courtesy!!!
This experience is my first and last visit at this location. There are way too many choices out here to be subjected to such behavior. Due to this experience, I will give a 1 star, however, it really deserves a negative stars.

Just calling for more information was a terrible experience.
