Bill's Wonderland of Pets

This is such a fun store to walk my dog. She loves sniffing everything. She was having hip trouble and Jen led us to a miracle. This powder works! Jen and her staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to visit and a new item to find. They listen to their customers and know what works and what might not. Great customer service Jen.

Bill's Wonderland of Pets is really one of a kind. It is owned and led by Bill, a man who self confesses, that's he doesn't "like to advertise" and doesn't "like the Internet". Yet, he has created a place that is well stocked with a great variety of products for many different pets. The environment is super pet and human friendly. Staff is extremely helpful, and nice. This place is a true joy to visit. Highly recommend!

Every time I come here I feel positive energy. Everyone is friendly and the animals are healthy. Even the live feeder foods look lively. Very clean.. The fish room is very nicely laid out. Great selection of freshwater fish and plants. Service is way better than every other pet store I've been to. Employees have the initiative to help, especially James who helped me buy the right products. I feel that all of this reflects the owner, Bill. Thank God there are people that still really care about animals. This place is a little far for me but its the only place I go to.

Very knowledgeable and helpful.. Everyone I spoke with was interested and engaged. I didn't feel like another sale.
I pass at least 3 big chain stores on the way, the drive is worth it to me.

I love Bill and all his staff new and old. JP, Jen, Carmella and Nate are amazing and Bill is lucky to have them. They have helped me anytime I’ve needed assistance and gotten foods for me they didn’t currently sell. I can’t speak highly enough of this store and the people who work there.
My ferrets love to visit Bill and the staff and are always spoiled by them.

Sean has always helped my husband and I he really knows his stuff he's very friendly and very knowledgeable I would highly recommend speaking with him if you have any questions in regards to your fish tank

Bill's is amazing. They have high quality exotics, knowledgeable staff and a great selection of products. If not for Bill's, we wouldn't have our cotton candy ball python, Freddie Mercury, our beardie, Bowie, or our designer leopard gecko, Cyndi Lauper.

Friendly and informative staff! Great quality of products. For me, I shop for cats and outdoor wildlife (birds/ squirls) my Uncle shops for Izzy his German Shepard he swears by Bill's products as well.

I had such a wonderful experience when I came in to purchase dog food for my daughter's dogs!! Customer service was at its best!!!! I even had help to my car!!! Wonderful store!! Thank you!!!!

I've been coming here since I was a child, by far the best pet store around with a super helpful staff and so many great pet products for my dogs and reptiles.

Great store, great prices and friendly staff. They have a very big selection of food, treats, toys and everything else. They also take very good care of the animals they have there. The only issue is that they jacked the prices up on the dog donuts, $6 a piece, they need to lower it to $3.

Nothing better than being served by the owner of a store who is so passionate about what he does! Some very nice bearded dragons, leopard geckos and not for sale reptiles like this amazing captive bred chameleon! Everything looked well cared for and healthy. Large assortment of dry goods which is by and large the majority of the store.

I absolutely LOVE Bill's wonderland for everything we need for our pets!! The service and staff are extremely knowledgeable and have never not been able to answer even the silliest of questions. Every time I have been here the staff goes over and above to help you find what you need or give you ideas for whatever it is that you're doing.

We won a carnival goldfish 3 1/2 years ago now and have upgraded to a 60gal tank so we could give him a few friends. We purchased on 2 separate occasions goldfish from the chain pet stores and every single one had unfortunately passed away quickly. We were lucky enough to have nothing happen to our original Goldfish, Sharkbait, and stumbled on Bills Wonderland one afternoon. We were amazed at the selection of tropical and freshwater fish for sale. We ended up buying two fancy goldfish and a janitor fish as my 4 year old twins call it lol. The goldfish are THRIVING and going strong now a year later. They are absolutely beautiful and we're taken care of very well before they were put out for sale. I will never again shop the local chain pet stores as long as Bills is around!!

The photos are of the two fancy goldfish we purchased at a great price for the size and overall health of the fish. The all silver one is almost 6- 6 1/2 inches and the smaller one is about 5. Sharkbait is our carnival goldfish that was a little over an inch when we brought him home. He's now a whopping 7 inches!!

Great store for all animals and animal lovers. The staff is very knowledgeable and their pet foods and treats are all healthy.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Gave us advice and she let us hold the leopard gecko before choosing one.

Wonderful customer service. They had what I needed in stock, and the staff even pulled it and was at the front counter when I arrived.

I drive half an hour out to Bill's because I want to support a company that treats it's customers well. Every time I have questions, I've had an employee spend all the time I needed answering them. They are very knowledgeable, and very helpful. I've been coming here for 5 years now. I'm always treated well when I go there and they show my dog plenty of love!
