Mr. Tubs is literally the best. I'm surprised we haven't reviewed them before, because they have been to our house several times about a variety of issues. Large or small jobs, Mr. Tubs does quality work, and all of the service folks who come out to our house are on time, courteous, and efficient. Matt and his team are always our go-to for any plumbing issues.

I have nothing but good things to say about the experience, from start to finish. The appointment was easy to schedule with Stephanie. Matt arrived on time and talked through the project. The estimate was clearly laid out and fairly priced. Joe and Kevin were professional and kind when they did the job (and patient with some extra questions 🙂). We will be using their services again!

Saw their sign for their new location in Cheltenham. Had them over to fix a leaking sink drain. Not only were they able to fix my problem with skill, but they also offered a veteran discount. I highly recommend Mr. Tubs and will call them if ever I need a skilled plumber.

Scheduling was easy and pleasant experience. Shout out to Stephanie! She even called to let me know that the guys would be arriving early. When the guys arrived they went right to it and didn't stop until they found the problem. Mark explained everything and there never was any pressure. He explained what n where and how he would proceed. He also gave us options. We decided to go with getting the pipes to our tub fixed right then and there. The guys went above and beyond in a couple hours... Done! Oh, and did I mention the price was very reasonable. In the past two weeks we had two plumbers come out and each wanted to cut open my kitchen ceiling to get to the tub... Really? I'm so glad I called Mr. Tubs for professionalism, reliability, they are personable, reasonable, have a never give up attitude, not to mention my kitchen ceiling is in tact. You guys are the BEST! Saying bye-bye to those "other" plumbers. For GOOD!!

The receptionist, Stephanie was knowledgeable and calming and very clear about pricing and expectations. She scheduled us for a time with two plumbing specialists and they arrived promptly. They were familiar with the job needs when they came onsite and adapted to minor nuances as necessary. Dan & Mark were both courteous and respectful. Mark worked efficiently and silently and went above and beyond with our expectations. If we weren’t moving from the area, we’d keep them in our phone book for each and every call, big or small!

Matt at Mr. Tubs Plumbing and Heating is absolutely wonderful. Very professional and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced and quality workmanship. His guys showed up on time, were polite, and were more than happy to answer any questions I had regarding the scope of the work.
