Tejas Grill

We are always looking for a different local breakfast spots to try out. We found this one through a local Facebook group and thought let’s check it out and we were not disappointed. The staff were so welcoming and the restaurant is beautiful, (looks like a total remodel plus they are working in the outside) comfy seating and super clean. We had the Tres Leches French toast and Huevos Rancheros, from the elevated presentation to the taste everything was impeccable. We are looking forward to go back to see what they can do with dinner.

We’ve been going to Tejas for many years and they’ve always been consistent with their service and the quality of their food.

This time I want to show my appreciation for accommodating and allowing us to have our small private event in their newly renovated space! We had a WONDERFUL server, Anne who literally went above and beyond what our group needed. Everything was smooth from speaking to the owner, Jarrelle (I’m sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) about possibly doing it in their location to setting up and getting help from 2 of their workers (sorry I didn’t get their names) to being helped by Anne during the party and until the very end.

The surprise birthday party was a big success! The next time we have an event, I would LOVE to definitely do it here again if they would have us back. THANK YOU!

Tried this place a few weeks ago through DoorDash and really enjoyed their food. Decided to come in-person and the food was even better. Service was very good, all the food was fresh and seasoned well. We ordered their chicken tacos, chicken quesadilla and guacamole - all were amazing! We also decided to their churros and they were so delicious. Will definitely be coming back here!

I’ve been coming here since I moved to the area 6 years ago and I’ve never had a bad meal. They’re always my go-to for Mexican food ESPECIALLY the steak birria tacos. Literally my favorite food ever. I tried the new brunch menu this morning and as always, it did not disappoint. I’m so happy to see this business thriving and renovating their dining room and menu. Hope this place stays here forever.

Super affordable, delicious with great service. We brought a couple of beers. They provided nice glasses to pour in. The food was delicious. Tacos were $4 each but they are well worth it. Will definitely come back again, and we will bring friends.

Best steak birras tacos I’ve ever had! The meat is tender and not chewy. The other tacos are just as amazing. Three times I’ve ordered from them and no change in the quality. Any wait to eat here again!

Best tacos hands down. Dining in is top notch and the staff is amazing. Shout out to Ana for always making sure our food is delicious and being a great host!

10/10 stars!!! Def recommend Tejas grill in Stratford! I get $2 mini mex tacos every single Tuesday for like 3 months and every single time they are amazing!! Whether it’s take out tacos or eating the birria tacos dining in, the food is always so flavorful and couldn’t be any better!! The staff is always super friendly any time of the day I’ve been there! Always ask if you need or want anything else, and just simple small talk which is nice for a restaurant! Super clean and super cute, always got their music playing.. all around great vibe! Honestly my opinion, the best Mexican food/spot in south jersey!! 🤤🤤

Cozy little restaurant located next to the Goodwill. Brought a 6pack of beer and ate carnitas tacos with lime, cilantro & onion. Loved their red hot sauce too! Will recommend to anyone looking for an authentic Mexican meal.

We had a tray of chicken tacos and guacamole , they were so fresh and yummy definitely recommend everything on their menu there hasn’t been something they cook I don’t like. Love it all and so would you and your family!

This is a newly renovated restaurant. Inviting, cozy, charming and great food. The breakfast menu is next level. French toast is delicious. Highly recommend!

Came at the suggestion of a friend and enjoyed it. Food was fresh and delicious. Only dropping down for atmosphere because, though it was clean, looked like they were in the process of painting the front.

This place has amazing food, but my favorite is tacos de birria. So delicious. The waitress was super sweet and friendly too.
