Extra Space Storage

The manager Shawn has consistently provided literally perfect customer service the years I used this facility. He is patient, friendly, warm, and knowledgeable. He never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him in any way when I would make late payments or even when I had to have my lock sawed off after forgetting my keys. As much as I despise the big price hikes the past few years, I truly appreciate the exemplary customer service Shawn has given me as well as the others on the team, who followed his example.

This review is based on management primarily. The Manager Shawn is wonderful and pays careful attention to detail and answers questions and concerns promptly. He gave me a tour of the facility showing and explaining things clearly. The facility was clean and appears to be very well kept.

Been in the storage facility for approximately eight months now. The site manager is super personable and knowledgeable . He really listens to your concerns. He actually gave me some great ideas. I’d highly recommend these guys they go well beyond just the storage type of activity check them out, if you are in the market for storage whether it’s care controlled or not.

The site manager for one of the locations I applied for a storage unit for reached out to me to check if everything was okay since I didn’t finish my reservation. After we spoke I felt much better about finishing the process. He sounds like the guy who actually puts the customer first and isn’t impatient or anything.

My recent business experience with Extra Space Storage is remarkable. I felt like one of my friend or family member was helping me going above and beyond the average. The stuff is very courteous, and willing to walk extra mile. For example, they helped me trying to sell my extra utilities which I do not need. I will always think of Extra Space Storage whenever I need storage anywhere in the USA. I will recommend them by the blink of an eye.

My father Walter Levy had nothing but good things to say about the great customer service he received. Shawn went above and beyond to fix an issue and did it with a genuine smile on his face. Thank you Mr. Yeatman!

The front desk is very helpful and pleasant! This is my first experience with a storage unit and it has been such an easy process. The unit and facility are well maintained and easy to access. Would highly recommend!

I recently rented a 10 by 20 unit at Extra Space Storage in Cherry Hill, NJ. The entire experience beginning with the company sales rep, then Shawn; the facility manager, the safety of the unit, the access to flat carts for moving, the cleanliness of the unit and the pleasant fragrance in the indoor storage building was absolutely the BEST !!

Shawn was so pleasant and was always available to help during the specified hours. He made the move, which was stressful, bearable.

Shawn the store manager went above and beyond to help us. He explained everything thoroughly in a kind and friendly manner. He made us feel comfortable from the time that we spoke on the phone until the end of the process as well as during our follow up call the next day. We were very pleased.

Shawn is a great guy we where askly doing a move her for our customers and he helped as much as possible even gave us water and great services

Affordable monthly rate, no contract, attentive & well 8nformed staff, clean facility, lifts and automatic doors all work. Hard to find anything to complain about.

Easy set up. Easy to leave. The manager is nice the two times i met him. Facility is clean and well maintained. Had my things in for a little over a year and they had no dust. Very easy to get a unit and even easier when you want to move out. If i need storage again i will use the rock hill location

This facility has to be given the yearly award for best quality and service. The prices here are not bad at all, and location is convenient as well. Outstanding! Shawn was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to guide us through the facility and gave suggestions on how to efficiently store our things and properly secure our unit. Units are clean, bright, accessible and safe.
