They took on my case and immediately got to work on obtaining all the information needed for it whether it was medical documents or insurance information, they took care of it all. They always kept me informed on where were at in the process and Gary did an amazing job negotiating with the other party to get what was deserved for me. Even, after carefully listening to my "story" Mr. Heslin indicated that his firm cannot take my case, he spent significant time on the phone with me (free of charge) explaining the details of my legal issue and giving me several valuable advices.
